As well I try to take my time but it seems that if I go more than 30 seconds or so without taking a puff that the cigar will flameout and I’m constantly having to relight it. I know I’m doing something wrong but not sure what.
Idk if this true but when i smoke a cigar to fast 1. It gets hot, 2. You lose the flavor really fast, 3. It does get soft, 4. You will probably rip the leaf on the inhale side of the cigar, thats what i experience sor far so no i take my time and try not to rush it
Next time eat before you smoke, and have something with sugar to ingest if you start to feel sick. A sugar packet under your tongue, a few sips of soda, or some hard candy can turn you around quickly!
Maybe I’m stupid, but I actually like the bitterness of a cigar. It starts with the woody taste and ends with a taste similar to dark chocolate (during one puff of course, not the whole cigar)
Make sure you eat something before you smoke a cigar and have something sugary on hand when you're smoking like a soda or candy in case the cigar starts to get away from you
