More power! Power Vision 3 for the XSR700

- What's better than a motorcycle with a great sounding exhaust? A motorcycle with a great sounding exhaust AND a tune to match it! This week, I'm going through the process of "installing" the DynoJet Power Vision 3 to my XSR700, going through the simple process of changing between tunes, and explaining a few of the features I enjoy about it!
Let me know what you think, would you try out something like this...or go with a more traditional Power Commander V or ECU reflash tune (mail-in or dyno tune)

Dude where did you get that plastic behind the seat? Interchangeable from another bike??
Hi im considering this for my tenere 700, i have 2 questions;
1. Is the throttle decel cut disabled so you dont get that on/off choppy throttle.
2. Can you download the tune files and update the device from a macbook or is all just windows pc based?

can we change the trigger of the fan 95 instead of 105 degrees ?
If you request this when getting a tune sent to you from DynoJet, you can yes. I don't have a lot of experience with their software, so I can't say for sure that you can edit the setting yourself. They are very helpful through their email/customer service so I just reached to them for this tune, hope this helps a bit!
do you think an ECU is necessary with an aftermarket exhaust on the XSR?
I can't decide which tune accessory I wanna get. I have a two brothers exhaust I haven't installed yet on my XSR700. I am not sure what good easy options there are
Both a power commander V and the power vision 3 are great, easy options if you don't want to send your ecu off to get reflashed or take the bike somewhere to get dyno tuned
Hey so what mod did you do to the air box exactly? And what oil filter are you running too?
It is an open airbox lid, very similar to the DNA airbox lid. I'm using a Yamaha oil filter, just a standard replacement
