Going from Charge 2 to a 3. This really helped since there are new features. This is basically for fitness and time, if ppl are looking for a smart watch, Fitbit isn't it but for tracking exercise, heart rate, sleep, cals, etc., it's perfect.

When I move my wrist or tap on the screen the display does not show. any ideas on how to correct that?
Mine is stuck it showing km time am and it doesn’t seem to want to go back to the start if I press the side a circle comes up with o.ookm press button to stop but it won’t move on from there I have just trying to set it up. I am not a technical person

tell you phone to answer from fitbit should go to speak if headphone not plugged in.

I bought a fitbit charge 3 yesterday. What a mistake. I bought it for the silent alarm. How can it be called a silent alarm when it vibrates so loudly that it wakes up even the neighbours. I've wasted my money
I love my Charge 3, I also had charge and charge 2. Bloody shame the writing is so small and backlight so dim that you can't actually read it to operate it.

there's a lot of issues about this product.. before buying this one... try to join their forum and read some of the posted issues that dated 2018 until now still exists. Fitbit doesn't have the plan to fix their product my recommendation DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS until issues are fixed.

OMG. I'm going to CRY, I have a Fitbit Charge 3 N An android 5 and I've downloaded the fitbit app. My app. screen DOES NOT have a fitbit ICON, So I have NOT been able to add anything. Please Help Me before I step on it and crush it out of furstration

Why? It's nice, in my opinion.
Why? It's a basic fitness tracker and watch, and it's quality for a decent price.

@Amin0662 it constantly disconnects from both my phone and my iPad. Other than that I like it.
