Thank you for the video! I tried resetting my fitbit charge 3 with the 2nd method 'cause the screen doesn't swipe, i get the smiley face but the screen wont swipe anyway. Do you have an idea of what might have caused it? I contacted the client service and no help...

Is there a better app I can download which will accurately tell if I’m awake or just lying on top of my bed watching t.v and not moving because the Fitbit software will say you was in a light sleep

Fitbit watches only work with the fitbit app. The app only shows what the watch has recorded anyway, so a different app would show the exact same information but only present it in a different way.

Users should first check their Charge 3 is paired with Bluetooth else none of this will work!
