I did the rez. Delete. SS pipe was $65 US. I paid a shop $100 US labor. At first I was a little disappointed, but after a few days it seems to sound better than I thought at first. I’m sure the neighbors don’t notice the diff. And it sounds best in sport mode. It’s subtle. I’m glad I did it.
It's still a resonator. Muffler is the bit in the back.

You made the job harder for yourself making the u clamp point upwards and the centre sleeve pointing upwards too. Sounds nice though, I didn't really think it would make much of a difference, pleasantly surprised!

I was certainly impressed for the sake of £65, it gets loud after you have drove it a bit and let it bed in... Its enough to stop you spending silly money on an after market exhaust :)
Just did my also custonmade and sound amazing in compare of the to quiet stock exhausts.

Muffler (rear box thing) delete makes more noise than this resonator right?
Muffler = deletes loud noise.
Resonator = deeper frequencies.

Amazing video, im getting mine done tomorrow by Zaustworkz themselves since they are close to me. Is the reverse res delete easily noticeable? If i drove for 3-4 month's after welding would it be hard to tell a res delete was done once welded back on stock res?

I installed the CS muffler and then did a res delete, but it droned too much at about 110-130kmh… any ideas???

If you were not aware of this you should be getting better mpg, not worse
Hows it the proper way? Just take the res off and replace it with a pipe. Its still not a straight pipe though

Yes totally reversible you just need another couple of you put the resonator back on
