@@saynotoerrors4355 I'm. Thinking the same as Lomenzo didn't just play with Megadeth, he was once a full time member with 2 full albums, since whoever played bass on the new Deth album is only a guest.
Mustaine's ego will never let place for that. Shaggs tons of groupies, then when a vid of Ellefson havin fun leaked, he fires David on the spot!... "I,m a chriistian blabla. ", NO, HIS MOM'S JEWISH!!!!!
I remember when James played with White Lion? He was mixed so low on those albums. So great to see him doing his own thing now. Great video folks! -Brent, VT
Billy Sheehan uses his stereo to send neck pickup to a different amp than the other two pickups, then blends them at the rack, IIRC. That way the neck pickup can be super hot and screwed all the way down so it grabs all the woofy goodness without going icepicky and the setup with the split coils can grab all the top end without humming and the rest of the frequency attenuation/enhancement you've already mentioned about your double p config/orientation.
I honestly think he's actually getting the tone from his croc shoes. It's kinda of surprising ,it's usually the guitar player that gives an in depth interview about their gear. Turning the tables this time it's the bass player that gives an in depth interview of his bass collection, thanks gear gods.😷👍🍺🤟🤘

James LoMenzo is 100% Rock n Roll. A talented guy and a very knowledgeable musician.
Considering James LoMenzo is in his early 60s, he looks incredibly healthy and fit, especially for a professional touring musician.
So glad he’s back in Megadeth, I just hope it’s on a permanent basis

James is a badass for sure! One of my all time favorite lps for rock bass is Zakk's Pride and Glory. James' bass lines and tone are just incredible.
Don't apologize for it being "long winded". Give the bass players some time in the spotlight!
They should make a series of this basses. I love this bb´s

It would've been cool to hear all those basses without the effects.
Am I the alpha?
