This has just changed my life! I always struggle with knitting in the round and simply hate fiddly short needles. This method is incredibly easy, fast and simply. Thank you!
Thank you for this video. I have watched MANY different videos on this technique, and this is the first time I feel like I actually understand how to work it. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this awesome video. Jennifer you are a great teacher. Finally with your help I can start the long anticipated socks. You can not imagine how happy I am.
You are awesome!! Like others have commented, have watched multiple videos of this technique as well reviewed written instructions and you are the first one to not only make it clear, but to explain/stress the importance of ensuring your needle is of proper length! A thousand times thank you!!
This vid was awesome .Thank you so much ♥ I purchased some U.S. 50 circulars that are 40 inches . I now can use them on smaller projects without having to buy shorter needles .
This video is great! I'm actually excited about attempting to finish my first knitting project, an Icelandic sweater :) Go big or go home I guess. Thanks for the confidence boost making it actually look clear and manageable!
Thank you for this video, Jessica. I was able to buy only a long circular needle and had cast on and then it was a case of 'where do I go to from here? I found your video on the magical UA-cam site and I'm ready to have another go. First, though, I must have a 'little drink' to celebrate your genius and the fact that it is New Year's Day evening. :)
I'll echo everyone else and say I love your videos and especially Magic Loop. it's not easy to find great videos on ML. My question, and I know I should be able to visualize it, is how can I change one cable in the middle of my project for a different length cable? My needle size I'm keeping the same. I just need to change to a longer cable. I'd love to be able to do it. Thanks!
I figured this out while I was doing my needle shopping in a limited budget. So I decided not to buy tiny sizes sock needle because I can use magic loop method, plus tiny needles are more expensive anyway. Ha!
This video does not show from cast on through. It starts after it has been divided. Are you dividing the work by pulling it out then slipping an extra st? That is what I want to see. How people are setting this up......before you have several inches of work already done.

Wow!! Thank you so very much! I have started knitting again after many years but never knew how to do this. I am grateful.

Great tutorial! This was the most clear of any I've found. The title bumper on this was confusing tho.

Love your tips. Thankyou. What is your fav needle for socks?
When will they make circulars with tips longer than 6 inches? My arthritic hands cannot take short needles.
Where can I find that pattern I love it
I have a 5mm & 4mm & both are 80cm knitp zing
Can we use long knitting needle to make caps?
How do you JOIN the two rows in the very first round??
