Can I use this on a Samsung S7 tablet?
I saw Bruce Willis for a moment there
Die Hard 4
00:12 I have seen him
Can't not see it now! 🤣
Thanks for the fine review. I just ordered one.
Hey, this is very nice charger, thank you for this video. ☺️
Is the USB C to lightening cable that comes with the newer iPhones the same wire as the one that comes with AirPods Pro or higher?
as in the bandwidth and the charging speeds that can pass through the cables
as I have two brand new Apple cables that came from two sets of AirPods Pro’s. I tried to use on a brand new Anker 20W charger, that every reviewer and every UA-camr claims charges 3x faster than the original 5W Apple charger and my iPhone Simply didn’t charge but stayed idle, and then used a different wire and charger to turn my iPhone on once it had died, the iPhone came on and when I plugged in the new charger and new wire, the iPhone started to lose battery percentage, from 3% to when it was turned on with old iPhone and powerbank, to 1% idle on the Apple certified new wire and new Anker 20W charger
conclusion, I might return the Anker 20W charger or buy a different wire and try again
please help
Which one should you choose between Anker 735 Charger (Nano II 65W) and Anker 735 Charger (GaNPrime 65W) ?
Here's a new question for Summer, 2022: will this charger, combiuned with Apple's USB-C -to- MagSafe charging cable, be able to rapid-charge a new-for-2022 Apple 13-inch M2 MacBook Pro or the new-for-2022 M2 MacBook Air? The charger seems to have a nicer form factor than Apple's 67-watt charger, so I thought I would ask. This would be an interesting subject to test in a new video...
I purchased one for my iPad Pro 12.9 M2 model. I cannot seem to get a clear answer from anchor or Best Buy where I purchased it. The charger works great and charges fast. However, my iPad seems to get hot which I’ve never experienced before. Is this normal or have you heard anything about iPad Pros having any issues?
Can this work full speed with the magsafe charger from apple?
subbed thx for the video
i bought this charger, is good to connect at same time smartphone on laptop port: samsung a52 or samsung s20+, other smartphone or earbuds on port 2: huawei p30/samsung galaxy buds and galaxy watch 4 on usb A port? could it damage something or is it okay?
My macbook pro uses an 87w power block. will this 65w work, just not as fast? I like the idea of a single block for light travel.
Yes
Yepper
Can you charge an iPhone 12 pro max on the top USB C slot and an apple watch charger on the bottom USB C?
Yes you can as long as you have the correct cable.
@@TheBreakdownWithLuke Thanks! If I plugged an apple issued Lightning to USB-C cable on the top one, what's the max wattage my phone will charge in? Will it be 20w max?
What about iPad Pro 12.9 2020? What wattage will it charge in in both USB C slots?
Why didn't they make it so the charger has a lower profile to the wall instead of sticking out so far when plugged in?
I am torn between buying the Anker 715 or the 735. My understanding is both are 65w max but the 735 just has more ports. Anyone have experience with both? Maybe the extra 20 to 25 dollars for the triple port version isn't worth it? Thanks!
Remember the more ports you have you have to divide the total wattage.
@@TheBreakdownWithLuke Yes, but if you only have 1 thing plugged into the top port it will use the full 65w correct? I guess I need to figure out for my use case if I would ever need to have three devices pulling around 20w each plugged in at once. I mean I can invent a use case but its probably not practical for me.
@@Heartlesslink100 Yeah, full 65w if only using one port
Hey, bro. Would you know what voltage it says on the box and on the unit? The site says 100-240v but the boxes from reviews I saw said 200-240v
I no longer have the box but the device says 100-240v.
200-240v is the china version, make sure you get the us version and it will be 100-240v.
I’ve read on Amazon reviews that it makes a hissing noise while operating.
Do you know of any other charger with three ports like this one (2xC + 1xA) by other companies, possibly even at higher wattages?
Thanks
I have not had that experience. If you look through my reviews you will find several that meet what you ask for.
Can this be used in UAE? What type of pins does this charger have?
The USB-A port can be used for “anything that uses USB-C”? That’s what you said.
The only thing I don’t like ab this charger is that it will cut the power for seconds to recalculate when new power draws are plugged-in.
REALLY?? Thank you for that information because I’m actually in the market for one of these.
This was good, thanks
It says not to use the second USB-C when using an Apple Watch charger in the USB-A, but it doesn’t say why. What if I’m using the Apple Watch USB-C charger and using the USB-A to charge a baby monitor when we travel? If you have any insight on this it would be greatly appreciated. Great review!
Can you tell me, where did you find this information?
@@nazarzhmurko6461 on the Amazon page under the From the brand section it says:
“It's recommended to use the USB-C ports to charge an Apple Watch. When using the USB-A port to charge an Apple Watch, first remove any cable connected to the 2nd USB-C port.”
I charge my watch using the second USB-C port and haven’t had any issues with charging the monitor or headphones after using it for a few months, but I’m still curious why.
@@smoothwake Same. I use a charger from the other brand called Baseus. It has similar dimensions and qualities, such as GaN technology, 3 ports and 65 watts of output power in total. But it also has this issue when you're not able to charge the apple watch using usb-a when the other device is plugged into the type-c 2. Other devices like iPhone and AirPods charge with no issues. 🤷♂️
Bro Which wall charger is best for phones ?
I want versatility and Durability.
And Don't want to buy many wall chargers.
Need the best one for serveral devices and different ports. Bro
I am seeing Nano Pro and Nano II 65 W chargers.
Any things you want to recommend?
Spend extra and get the one with the higher wattage.
Maybe if they remove the usb port it will be more compact hope they give another variant that has only 2 usb type C in 65 watts so they give a charge on both device for 30 and 35 watts dvided to devices.
I know this isn’t exactly what you want but Anker has a 726 charger (2 usb c ports) that does 65w max with one port and if you use both ports it does a 45w and 20w split between the two.
What is the difference in the protections between 715 & 735 model ...no one could answer this question ...of course there is a difference not only the extra ports 😔😔😔
I need this babyyy
Will this charge at 45w the S20 ultra?
Yeah I want to know the same for my s22u
Edit: nope
"Supports Super Fast Charging for S22 Ultra but does not support 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0."
Is this fine to charge a kindle paperwhite signature edition with.
Yes it will charge that.
@@TheBreakdownWithLuke I was just worried about the voltage being incompatible
I learned in the 80s TV class. Never shoot against a brick wall. A brick wall looks great in a restaurant or lounge/bar. Not for video backgrounds.
Why can’t I plug my iPad into the top port that has a laptop icon?
You should be able to.
Hi, so if I use one of the top ports to charge my iPhone is it going to blow up the phone ?
I have never heard of that happening.
@@TheBreakdownWithLuke I purchased one and I’m pleased to see the power supply is limited to what ever device you plug in
It mildly bothered me that you said USB C then USB 3 , Thanks for the review though.
My old Anker charger brick went YIPPEE KI-YAY on me
How long, Did it last?
Wow, remember him from Cordcutters!
Thanks for finding me.
Think I can charge a Nintendo switch lite?
Yes it will charge that.
Bought a 65w charger with a compatible PPS cord for my Note 10+. 10% to 100% in about 15mins. I have live charging meter and have screen shot to prove it. How it works reading the instructions is the usb-c ports work at 45w base but says 45w + 18w with compatible cable. The ankler powerline 2 works and will add the 18w to the 45w usb port. The usb c port always charges at 25w
Do you mean the usb-a port is always 25w? Bc you say the USB-C does 45w above. I'm trying to figure out if this will do the full fast charging for my s22 ultra.
Edit, found this, answer is no: "Supports Super Fast Charging for S22 Ultra but does not support 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0."
Just bought a usb c to usb c instead of a usb c to usb a.
Will this work for android charging?
Yes if your phone takes a USB C cord this will charge it using that USB C cable.
For the record, this will not charge a MicroSoft Surface Pro 8.
What is PPS explanation
Explain plz
What about a charger with 65w on each 😏
Chromebook? Pixel 7?
Yes
Is the foldable “teeth” durable?
It appears to be well made.
Will the anger 30w charge my 10,000 power pack
Yes of course
#Foldable
You gonna find whole folding world under foldable word
After the dreams in scream.
#1 Cons - Good luck making it stay on the wall (even with the included silicone support). The thing is too long and heavy to be sticking out from the wall even with one cable plug in. It makes it useless for international travel where most hotels have plugs that are lose and old. I returned the damn thing on the same day I received it. I don't know what Anker was thinking designing this thing.
I don't have any issues with it staying in wall outlets.
Is this Mfi certified?
Not sure but will max charge iPhone 14.
U look like a gay Bruce Willis. I love it! 😍😊
