- This guided mindfulness meditation session can help you when going to sleep, in the morning, or any time throughout each day. It will use stress and relaxation techniques to take you back to memories of childhood, when you didn't have a care in the world. This session on living for today will free us from stress and anxiety by reminding us to embrace the present moment, live in the NOW, and be grateful, calm, and at peace.
This session is 17 minutes total, with 12 minutes of guided and spoken dialogue followed by 5 minutes of ambient music. You can enjoy this meditation daily, either in the morning, at a break in the day, or before you sleep at night. Let it free your mind - always live for TODAY! ~~~

I was walking outside the other day, lost in my thoughts, and saw a bumper sticker that said "live for today". I thought it was such a powerful reminder to remember how precious and important each day is. I decided to make a meditation session on the subject!
I've recently been trying to practice that as well. A simple mindshift makes such a difference and your days experiences just feel lighter, calmer and happier.
