What’s the movie Good Will Hunting about?
The most brilliant mind at America's top university isn't a student, he's the kid who cleans the floors. Will Hunting (Matt Damon) is a headstrong, working-class genius who is failing the lessons of life. After one too many run-ins with the law, Will's last chance is a psychology professor (Robin Williams), who might be the only man who can reach him. Finally forced to deal with his past, Will discovers that the only one holding him back is himself.
Written by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, this Academy award winning movie is a little work of art featuring many brilliant actors such as the writers themselves as well as Robin Williams, Stellan Skarsgard amongst others.

The world was better when Robin was in it.
no words ever spoken were more true. This scene brought tears to my eyes and cemented Robin Williams as one of the greatest actors of all time in my mind.
Especially better when he was dressed up as Mrs Doubtfire trying to cock block pierce brosnan 🤣🤣🤣
@@andrewmarshall7569 Great actor in drama, 30 seconds of comedy and he'd have you wheezing. Literally, me as a kid listening to the Night at the Met album, had to use my inhaler 3 times in 5 minutes. Live on broadway, me and my friends punching the couch from laughing.
How?
Yes it where also better for me 😢
Robin was a gentle soul. I don't mean as an actor acting it. I mean as a real person.
Agreed
The last scene where camera zooms out to encapture whole room is so interesting...
That even after surrounded by so many books,Training only human interaction can heal the wounds..
To those of you that keep coming back to this video "It's not your fault"
you have copied this comment from another popular video but it's not your fault 🫡
They wrote this without the experience of living it, pretty impressive because no matter how strong you are or smart, you will break when have to confront your past
Breaks me EVERY time! Greatest scene in movie history. And I've seen A LOT of movies...
I definitely agree, dear Friend ...
Last scene in the first rocky movie is better.
Okay I cried first time watching this but I found this version and I heard the first bleep I chuckled and the bleeding they put in here ruins this.
One of the most profound moments in movie history.
The bloopers for this scene must be insane
This and the end of the Green Mile: guaranteed tears 😢
Good Beep Hunting 🙄
yah, this new censorship sucks ass
I adore this film for so many reasons! ❤
I ain’t gonna die til God says its time! I’m gonna keep pushing forward no matter what the enemy throws at me! He’s a lion waiting to steal, kill and destroy! I’m a man of the most high God who’s waiting to heal, love and bring joy!!!!
not watching with all the speech bleeping, it hurts my ears and annoying, ill find the clip somewhere else
The is the most relatable clip of film I have in my life.
"It's not your fault"
Imagine if they bleeped out the Boston accents
I’m feeling it! Fuck! Why?! Fuck!!!!
This has been quoted for more than two decades
I prefer it with the original 'it's coming home' dialogue
Best movie ever
Robin Williams 🥺💔
I wish I could still cry. I could use the release sometimes.
@Michael d’artagnan lol. I bet you like to cross swords with the other musketeers.
You still can buy not when it's needed most.
Ruined the scene with the pointless censoring
Memory lane
OMG the beeps are so annoying. Could you just respect the words of the authors, and let them.
Indeed he chose the belt
I still think Will was the therapist in this situation not Sean.
This is why Robin was the best.
Why would a person abuse a smaller version of themselves, that’s what your children are, you would think they would do everything possible to keep them from the harm they suffered.
It was his foster father.
Because they’re too weak to try that shit on someone who could fight back.
It really wasn’t
💔
AND BABY CAUSE IM CRAZY FOR YOU!!!
what the fuck is the point of beeping out the swear words? this is an adult drama movie. the clip is on youtube. the FCC doesn't give a shit
This is a great scene until you realize that Matt Damon isn't actually crying.
Freach cc jnf frame and big bro tam f 🏴
First
How they could do that kind of scene, delicate and awkward as it would be, and pull it off.....
Serious skill.
why censor?? its so pointless
And so distracting!
Gosh that's some powerful acting. Great film.
best scene of this movie
Everybody needs this once in the life.
It’s surreal how many parents abuse their children. At minimum half our world is populated with adults who survived severe trauma as kids but are broken because of it. The parents who abuse their kids are such fools. They are missing one of the only good things about living - getting to love others - serve them - be in a family. They’re missing it. Taking out their own pain on their own babies - physically and sexually. It’s gut wrenching. It’s so common.
Children internalize parents at their worst. Parents are adults figuring out life for the first time just like you. There is no blame. It's just life. Move on.
That’s why children have to be better when they grow up, same as parents as a whole. We all have to better ourselves, sometimes it may take a generation, or it may take a single event.
@@cgallegos2106 you're absolutely right. Self responsibility is how we progress
There are parents and then there are people who have kids.
Monsters & Angels
There are far too many who have kids that shouldn't be having them unfortunately.
I love this for R Williams. Anyway, the important thing left out was that the professor was arguing for Will against the math guy because he gave a crap.
Never seen the movie but this is beautiful
You should
rip robin hood ...
In my experience in getting therapy, crying in the first few weeks usually means a breakthrough.
What a way to ruin one of the finest moments in cinema history with those annoying fucking beeps. Seriously
If you don’t win an Oscar for this then what wins?
Easier said then done
The key word in this discussion goes back to the lake Experiances talk
Jesus what's with the bleeping?
Old 🎥
💖✨🌹💫
Im sorry, I thought that was really stupid. "It's not your fault" and the chowder head starts crying?
It’s not your fault.
it's not your fault
It's not your fault.
@@Davesky19 @sydneylane1848 @mr.knight5447 Goddamn, I was mad, but then I laughed. That was some fine trolling.
I think this so touching scene is something absolutely UNIQUE in all the cinema history.
It's something so unbelievably precious, that every psychiatrist, every psychologist should watch very, very, carefully ... and learn every single word, every single comma, by heart ...
Sounds like it was his fault.
Terrible acting on Matt Damon’s part in my opinion.
