Sold it because my ex gf was too fat and refused to remove her shoes and i refused to see the car abused, my stupidity i shouldve canned my ex gf right then and there.
Kid i sold it to was told if he ever sold it he had to sell it back to me.
He sold it to someone else, stating he couldnt locate me, knowing where my house was even.
Pissed me off
Havent been able to locate it.
I have all numbers and original papers including build sheet, phone number is on the exhaust.
Car was restored in 2009 (repaint, engine build, new turbo, etc.
I wouldnt mind having the car back as theres alot of family history with that car even if i have to restore it again.
Was originally my grandmothers car.

It was actually built like shit, I ran the engine stuffer, put the engine in the car, also ran the spring compressor, half the people were wasted all day, hell I'd sell three cases of beer beer before lunch, coked up all day and sold coke most days. Half the Machines were broke so they'd pump shit out, we'd get overtime putting missing parts on out in the parking lot lol. One day someone put crushed beer cans in the door panel, got caught when the customer found them, Ford put him in rehab for three days then right back on the line, hell supervisors would by my beer lol
I'm a grown ass man and this kind of stuff teared me up .It shows that there's still some Humanity in this world . There's still some good over all the bad things we hear about.I love it.

I feel like this about my Supra. When people say 'it's just a car' they have no idea. For so many people it's not a car, it's an escape from the world its a place of happiness, sadness, tears and where some of the best moments were made. It becomes a family member. So happy he got it back.

the first car my wife an I bought after getting married was a 1988 mustang GT. I still have it 31 years later and it still runs. Needs some work, but runs like a bat out of hell. 90% original 1988. Love that car.

I actually like the new mustang's.
But it seems to me, as many special designed mustangs there are by Ford, maybe it is time to diversify each special design.
I personally think GT 500s should look like the original Shelby. I also think that Foxbody is more of a city car. The smaller Mustang, kept simple and powerful. The only thing they need to improve with all of them, is the engine designs.
If Chevy can throw an engine into the rear of a Corvette. Then Ford isn't keeping up with the times.

Mach 1 Ford Mustang when he was 30 years old now he's 71 .. One day he was short on cash and sold it but he bought it back . I'm 37 years old and have really great memories on the Mach 1, its not just a car its part of the family like my older brother!! Car is still within the family .. #stang4life!!

I use to own the same car but mine had T-Tops and it was charcoal Grey. I loved my Mustang GT. Hopefully the company that did the restoration welds a steel plate under the rear of the driver seat mounting stud location I know I'm a bigger guy and after smacking the throttle over the years it actually cracked around the mounting studs on the rear of the seat and broke through the floorboard.

I have a defective 2016 Focus and Ford has left me out to dry. They refuse to take the car back, and keep trying to sell me more expensive cars that I can't afford.
