I've done this easy fake nails DIY for a few months and decided to share with with you! I used to get acrylic nails at the salon but it absolutely RUINED my nails. This method uses no acrylic leaving your nails healthy underneath. It's also great as it allows you to change up you nails as often as you need!
I filmed this on Wednesday and today (Friday) I still have a full set, I lost one on my index finger my opening the fridge to aggressively (lol) so I just glued it back on. I will update you again in a few days!
TO REMOVE:
Apply acetone or if you dont have that, soak your fake nails in a bowl of nail polish remover until the tips falls off :)

my nails are thin to start with and I find it painful when I've had acrylic or gell nails applied as they filed my own nails to give a grip to what they applied. Just in time for the christmas season I shall be giving this a try x x love the hair 😁 x

So cool :) Is there any reason you didn't cut and file the shape before putting them onto your nails? I imagine it will be quite difficult for me, especially when using my weaker hand..
Yes! For me it's easier to do it on the nails because you can look and see how long you want to trim them and then when you're shaping it's easier to match with the other nails! But it's up to you - I've never tried trimming and shaping off my hand before x
Your poor cuticles are drowning in polish
I cannot have Acrylic nails since I work at a doctors office and about to be in nursing school. Bacteria can get under the fake nail, and yes it, unfortunately, does screw up your nails. :(
If it didn't work:
File the inter sharp adge and push them to your cuticle.
