Before you do the rear callipers take the pads out and get two pairs of pliers. Use them together to bend the retaining clips from quarter to three up to ten to two. This will preload the top part of the calliper and stop it knocking and rattling over every bump. The clunk sounds awful and that is the unofficial fix.
