I woke up thinking about you and Jann. Glad to see you are doing well. Would love to see an update on your lives. You two helped to keep me on my healthy eating journey 3 - 4 years ago. I lost 34 lbs and haven't gained it back. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Thank you for the video Dave. It is really good to hear from you. I hope you and Jann are doing well. Let us know how you are doing with your health. There’s probably a lot of people out there like me who want to hear how you two are doing after 3 to 4 years.
Thanks for checking! Yes we are doing well, and I still try to eat healthy because it really does make a big difference. Haven't done any Plant Paradox videos for a while because I was running out of ideas LOL but a new update video is a good idea so thanks for the suggestion. I hope you are doing well and in good health!
@@DaveHales yaaaaaay! Can't wait for the update! I miss your recipie videos! You guys are so awesome!
Good tips! Been following you both for a few years, nice to see a fellow Valley of the Sun golfer who appreciates summer rounds. Few other suggestions that get me through a few rounds each week in the summer... 1) Bring a small spray bottle full of ice water. It's great to mist between holes while driving or even when a small breeze kicks up (also use to spray off the clubs to clean)... 2) Bring 1-2 microfiber towels, soak them at the course and bury in the cooler under ice - the cooler ice is not for consumption, melts fast, and the towels are great to wipe off your neck, face, etc...
Great to see you. I often check to see if there are any updates. Love to hear if you're still living Lectin free and how your health is. Also, coming from Australia, that weather looks about perfect!
Thanks for checking in! We are still eating lectin-free...mostly. If I stray too much or for too long I get feeling sick, bloated, and have skin irritations so those things help motivate me to get back on track. 😁 I hope you are doing well and in good health!
You're back!!??
Great tips, thanks for sharing. I’ll be sure to not go to any of those hot places in the summer, not even Vegas haha. Congrats on the eagle!
You don't even need to come to AZ or NV to experience the heat, you can just go visit Kilauea volcano. It's pretty much the same thing 😄
@@DaveHales I’ve actually never checked it out for supernatural reasons haha. So yep, another hot place I avoid haha.
I don’t do heat💕
I think we will visit AZ not in the summer😂 going to check your winter temps! I think hubby would not play in that temperature, dry air or not.
LOL yeah 8 months of the year the weather is amazing. But even lifelong residents here don't golf in the middle of the day on super hot summer days because it is brutally HOT! Fortunately, the temps are typically in the low 80's in the morning so that's when most golfers play in the summer. I think you have to kind of love the heat (which I do) in order to play in that heat and have fun 😁
