  • We can often become off kilter, off balance in our body/mind both physically, mentally and energetically. Being aware of this imbalance is a large part of the solution. We have so many tools available to us to bring us back to balance. One of the primary tools I use is Yoga! More specifically, Kundalini yoga.     That was amazing, the practice and instruction was beautiful. However, I do understand the need to be compensated for this work, but why the ads, in the middle of the practice, that was very distracting.
