I’ve watched most of your videos Zandela and you’ve really helped me get a better feel for The Gambia. I’m hoping to come and purchase my land in March or April this year which is located in Brufut. I subscribed to your channel a while back. Your personality appears quite likeable, and your updates seems quite useful. I understand that people from the diaspora are used to certain things which may not be in Africa, that is fine but when you go to a different space with different people and culture it is only reasonable to expect differences, now the important thing is how one deals with the difference. It is the assumption of most diasporans that the difference is one that gives them an edge, for those who think their is any sort of edge that is utterly untrue. The difference is not good or bad it is just different and it must be fully respected. We don't want Africa to be changed into Mzungu land, cos all Mzungus do is distroy everything, if we bring his mindset we are heading for disaster and their will be no where to run to. No sorry necessary I liked reading your take on it and I do agree with you. I believe there are some things that we would want have that are no luxury or bringing a Mzungu type of change to the country. I believe that people moving here want to live a more peaceful and content life but I also believe we don’t want to live a more primitive life and some things can feel like that. Like finding children’s clothing socks, vest etc I couldn’t find anywhere and most Gambians say they get items like that from second hand clothing shops. We don’t want to move to a place and have our children in second hand clothing from Europe when we can create a tailoring factory, import the fabric for socks/vest etc. There are some things we can and should adapt to and there are some things that simply need the creativity and mind of the diaspora to build and develop with Gambians. Gambians like myself should rally behind our brothers and sisters coming home, I wouldn't refer to them as diasporans because they are family that were stolen from us returning home. We should do all we can to support them coming back home and ensuring that the government does something about them attaining their citizenship. The motherland is home for every black person around the globe and we have already seen the positive impact they have in our communities and the gambian economy so let's embrace them because they are here to build and grow with us..not investing and taking their money away like some of the foreigners in the Gambia today
Hi 🙋 Zandela, I think it’s what they calling ‘Exidus, movement of Jag people”. I also think it awesome, so pleased that single parents are making the journey... bless
Hi Zandela I just want to say how inspired I am when watching your video you bring an essence of joy to my heart I love the information you are sharing and how you present it I myself is in the process of purchasing land and yes my original finacial plan change but I decided not to put my plans on hold and found that actually I didn't need this pot of money at hand to make a start and believe my house will be built by 2023🙏🏾
That’s it. We don’t have to forget our plans just make sure we are not giving too much power to parts of the plan that are not as important as we think. Wishing you all the very best with your plans.
Yes sis I have heard people just moved over there. I have also heard from a UA-camr that African Americans are doing that and then can't sustain living there because they didn't have a plan now however I've lived in so many places in this world and including overseas but I am writing a book and which I have to complete that and do some book signings I also have to finish getting equipment that I'm going to bring in a container it wouldn't be feasible for me to just pack up and leave and then later on.my plan I must stick to but my plan is to be over there in the middle of November and hope that all goes well it wouldn't be because I didn't have enough money or anything like that it's because I have to stick to what I need to stick to and because I am not retirement age I do have to have residual income coming in for myself just for my own security and to I start the business out there in Gambia but it's a must because I want to contribute to the motherland and help develop the motherland and merge with the motherland and just employ people and give them opportunity and better quality wages so I must stick to the plan but anyway thank you for the video it was so inspiring and I love the fact that there are people who took the time to examine that the motherland is a better place for them to live and stepped out of Faith please reach out to me when you have the opportunity I will love to talk to you number is 775-432-9693 I am so sorry for this long statement comment whatever LOL
Hey Sis, Thank you for your message. No apology is necessary at all. I love hearing from you guys who are planning to move and have something valuable and productive to add. I totally agree with you and I’m in the same position. I left without most things on my plan being completed. my house isn’t packed up, my income isn’t where I need it to be and so much more. I’m working on it all still but I did feel like my plan was holding me back. Maybe it was unrealistic or maybe I could have been more patient but something in me just said Go Go and deal with it all later. I have to return to the U.K. to sort out so many things and I will when it’s time. We must have an income creating plan for sure and I honestly thing that is the most essential part of the plan. We can create it from our locations or get here, relax for a few weeks and then get on it.

Yes same here I'm finishing up tying up loose ends. I have equipment I need to ship there or it will cost me later. I have to have my streams of income.
My sincere advice to the family out here is if you got that calling from mama Africa don't keep putting it off for a later date because the doors are shutting off pretty fast out here
@@CeeCeeImohlaapohko When you get a chance please take a look at the video titled We Are At War by the UA-camrs The Black Acres of the Gambia. This may also help answer any questions you may have about "the doors are shutting off".
@@CeeCeeImohlaapohko thanks swtberry32 and also when you look at the fast pace at which they are trying to roll out the vaccine the next move is to get the airlines to make it mandatory for any passengers wishing to fly with them to have already been vaccinated and unless you have an alternative way to get outta here when that happens you are trapped...so would advice the family to be vigilant and keep an eye on their every move.
Inspiring stories of some very courageous families. I know the lovely couple and their son, Ethan pictured in this video. They're from the UK and are both of Caribbean heritage (Jamaica 🇯🇲 & St Lucia 🇱🇨). I have been speaking to them and they have really inspired me to start a new life in Africa. I will have to give them a call to congratulate them on their transition to The Gambia 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Love your videos btw, keep up the good work.
I’m really really trying to be patient. I have in my head oct/nov 2021 to leave the Uk but the way things are going here I don’t think I can wait that long. It will be this year for sure but I may just have to abandon my plans and just pick up and move.
I hear ya I really do. I have to go back and sort out my life in U.K. as in pack up the house, cancel all the bills etc but as for my plans they have kind of taken a back seat. I’ve been here putting my plan into priority order and what is essential or not. An example is: The figure I wanted in the bank would take me at least another year to hit so I’ve had to adjust that part of the plan and our house in Gambia is not even half finished and I didn’t want to leave on a semi building site but I have had to let that go.
@@zandelalifeBizGambia everything will work out fine in the end. You are where you are meant to be for sure. Don’t come back unless you have to. They’re talking about quarantining people flying into the Uk now. A whole year too late!! KMT. I myself might have to just rip up the plans and throw caution to the wind. We will see.
Great observation sister. While Ghana had their Big year in 2019,they got their repats but now in 2021 Gambia seems to be getting more Repats than Ghana,I know many who were planning for Ghana but ended up going to the Gambia.Word is that living expenses are starting to go up in Ghana since so much development is taking place and cost of land is surging.Which ever place you chose,Africa has over 54 Countries,so just do your research and find Country with best opportunity for you to thrive and then make that visit. But Dramas in the West in 2020 has made our people push their plans forward and just Repat on first attempt. Its perfectly understandable coz of this whole Covid issue is making traveling difficult.
Peace to you Queen, we are coming to The Gambia for a visit in February. If you don't mind me asking, who did you go through to get your land, we want to purchase when we get there. Thank you. And yes, I just subscribed to your Channel. Peace
Hi I spoke to several different people who deal with land BlaXit, Gambia investment channel but in the end I went direct to the seller through my husband. He just asked around and a friend of a friend of a friend always knows someone who can do something if you know what I mean. When your on the ground connect with any of us and I’m sure we can point you in the right direction. Peaceful and safe journey to you and your family. 🖤
@@zandelalifeBizGambia thank you for responding so fast. One more quick question if you don't mind? I can't get in contact with the gambian embassy here in the states, do you know how long the quarantine is when you arrive in The Gambia?❤
@@kheprikhepri2854 Hi, I’m sorry I don’t know facts but I’ve heard it’s only until your results come back. I’ve been told there is a back log at the testing centre so it’s taking longer to get results back

Check out BlaXit channel Juliet is doing lots when it comes to land. I don’t land source as it’s not really something I’m confident in dealing with for people.
@@alfredasinclair1277 It will most likely be more than that in cost. I bought a 20x40 which was more that £1,500 (pounds not dollars) and its in Busura, very inland. Hope that gives you an idea. Perhaps save a bit more if you want that size land. ✌🏽🙏🏽
One thing I notice is instead of integrating into the society you find yourself you start forming a group of like UK, US returners and isolate yourselves. I can assure you it is a matter of time there will be a burst. Allow your kids make local friend and integrate into the society. DON'T ISOLATE YOURSELFS! Don't do like indians and Chinese.
I defiantly do not isolate myself. My husband is Gambian, most of the people I know here are Gambia as I was coming to Gambia long before my UA-cam journey connected me with other repats. I’m with locals every day as my in laws are 5min walk and the village Alkalo adopted me after my Dad died. I too believe it is essential to build a community with all types of people, repats from U.K., US all over as they understand your journey and locals as they welcome you and help you adapt to a new environment. Also did you see my Son’s friends at his birthday party at our house. All local children, they play with them most days.
@ Yes we can call it a scramble for a Space in Africa and Gambia in Particular, because Every Tom, Dick and Harry wants to Repat to Africa and GAMBIA in Particular and every one of them wants to have a piece of LAND of 20x20, 20x30, 40x40, and so and so fort, at the final analysis Indigenous Gambians will have no space to call theirs. Those who are leaving for greener PASTURES, shall one day come back home, so where are they going to stay and build their HOMES? THANKS.
@ My BROTHER , GAMBIANS and a 99,9% of them go to The West for Greener PASTURES and at any time their Pockets are full, they will always come back Home. As the saying goes--"THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME". Even one of The Youssou Ndure songs said ----- "BITTUM REAA". LOL. THANKS.
@ Akon and Davido are now Business Men and they have made it because 1/2 of their wealth is in Africa so they can be in either place at any time they want. So there are some AFRICANS who wants to be in the same position like Davido and Akon whereby they can come HOME any time they want. Time will tell, and keep Hustling. Thanks.
@ Hi Brother, i do not to tell you anything about the achievements of these to Guys originally from Africa, because their actions speaks for itself. Thanks.

DIDN'T A GAMBIAN POLITICIAN JUST TELL THEM TO NOT SELL PROPERTY TO BLACK PEOPLE COMING FROM THE DIASPORA? WHY GO TO GAMBIA IF THE POLITICIANS ARE SAYING NOT TO SELL US LAND WHEN THERE ARE 53 OTHER COUNTRIES TO CHOSE FROM AND THEY'RE NOT SAYING EVIL THINGS LIKE THAT.

Ohhh Leo well said 🙏🏿🙏🏿 blessings to your And yours always 🖤
$1500 Euro is equal to $1800 and change that a nice price and size . Im going to look at Gambia map. Thank you
You welcome in gambia
Hi 🙋 Zandela, I think it’s what they calling ‘Exidus, movement of Jag people”. I also think it awesome, so pleased that single parents are making the journey... bless
Hi Zandela I just want to say how inspired I am when watching your video you bring an essence of joy to my heart I love the information you are sharing and how you present it
I myself is in the process of purchasing land and yes my original finacial plan change but I decided not to put my plans on hold and found that actually I didn't need this pot of money at hand to make a start and believe my house will be built by 2023🙏🏾
That’s it. We don’t have to forget our plans just make sure we are not giving too much power to parts of the plan that are not as important as we think. Wishing you all the very best with your plans.
Hi you welcome in gambia
@@zandelalifeBizGambia wow good morning I did not expect for you to respond that fast well wonderful I am about to call it a night it is 2:39 a.m. here in Las Vegas Nevada so I just be so caught up and these UA-cam videos and excited to I can't even sleep so yes patience is something that you definitely have to have when you are planning that's for sure and my income have to be right I am not a retired 56 which soon will be 57 next Friday woman and I'm working now and putting all my ducks in a row I wish I could just jump up and leave but I can't and I won't I mean I can I really could but I'm not going to and then later on regret it so anyway since you have a beautiful morning thanks again and you have my number so reach out to me sister take care

Hi Queen This is very inspiring and l am definitely thinking of moving the goal post of my plan up as l am from UK living in US and it is interesting to say the least 🙄 I really love your channel and share it with everyone Thank you so much ❤
Hi you welcome in gambia
Yes same here I'm finishing up tying up loose ends. I have equipment I need to ship there or it will cost me later. I have to have my streams of income.
Streams of income are so important here. Even if they only bring in £100-£200 a month each it’s still important for survival
No place like home
More and so cheaper to live gad knows
you are welcome babe. you will be going home Zandela
My sincere advice to the family out here is if you got that calling from mama Africa don't keep putting it off for a later date because the doors are shutting off pretty fast out here
Hey Leo thank you for that message do you mind elaborating why you made that statement? I’m just curious
Thank you for posting this reminder. Yes! The West is crumbling fast and they are going to try and take everyone they can with them.
Hi is there a problem with the banks
There, peace and blessing

Inspiring stories of some very courageous families. I know the lovely couple and their son, Ethan pictured in this video. They're from the UK and are both of Caribbean heritage (Jamaica 🇯🇲 & St Lucia 🇱🇨). I have been speaking to them and they have really inspired me to start a new life in Africa. I will have to give them a call to congratulate them on their transition to The Gambia 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Love your videos btw, keep up the good work.
❤️Sis, can't wait to come soon by the great of ALMIGHTY
Gambia agrees with you, you look so well and happy.
Thanks for sharing sis
Hi, is there a diaspora program in Gambia , like what Ghana is doing?
If there is who can I apply for it? Thanks

Good morning . Did you say her land is 30 by 70 meters? How much is land there now location within 40 minutes from airport .Thanks .
Yes it’s 30 by 70 she grabbed a large plot. I have no idea around the airport her land is just off the coastal highway and I think it was around £7000
@@zandelalifeBizGambia thank you for responding so quickly. We aren looking for land 40 by 40 our budget is $1500.usd. it does not have to be near the beach. Thanks for all your help .

Rite To Return #Gambia#2021
Yes I Will be there by June
Nice 👍🏿
❤️❤️❤️❤️ 👑
Are people really buying land without seeing it first? that's not clever
Yes they are
One thing I notice is instead of integrating into the society you find yourself you start forming a group of like UK, US returners and isolate yourselves.
Its a Real scrabble for a space in Africa for THE DIASPORA and THE GAMBIA is no Exception. Lol.
Thanks.
@ ,exactly the land that the expats from the diaspora are buying is land that is up for sale not land that has been stolen from people.
zandela the eternal optimist, i feel you lil sis, BUT trust this pessimist, 100 will come, but 98 will go back, to the west, it's hard living in a monarchy, with zero freedom of speech, being born in a democracy, i landed in tanzania, but it felt like mars, hoping gambia will be home but skeptical, living one day at a time, but there is always Panama in central america
Because it’s one small minded politicians how could one person effect your choices
That politician cannot stop anyone who want to sell their land Gambia is a free nation
That minister dnt own the land, an that statement was misleading
Which statement is misleading ?
