Hello and thank you for putting up this information I'm a new subscriber to your channel I'm new and I plan to visit in the next 9 months to a year and I'm going to try and buy land so thank you for the information much appreciated and I'll be following your journey thanks 👏🏾🤗👍🏾☺️
I am so following your journey - it’s eerily identical to mine - I closed 2 years ago on a small plot in Sanyang - lovely up and coming area, and through watching your videos and Blaxit, I’ve actually seen the same alkalo we dealt with !
Hi Zandela How lovely, land looks lush, picking your own mangoes.....how did they taste? So excited for you, looking forward to seeing the developments. Blessings Always 👍🏼👑💯🇬🇲💜
How exciting...get an excavator and dumper!!! Dig a borrow pit and see if you can find rock.....concrete is very expensive.....would love to buy land in The Gambia....your channel is very very informative...
I loved seeing all these options and the pricing information. Your plot is wonderful with all three mango trees! I hope that when you begin building you will document the steps/phases of the building process. You are such a wonderful resource for everyone who is considering moving to Gambia :)
Thank you for all the information. So grateful...I have been following your posts... 💯Bless Up Sister, keep up Jah good works... It's called share and share alike🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
I’m new subscriber, and I like your land, I’m from bla xit channel and other channels, that you know of!❤️Yes, looking into it, but I’m definitely moving to Africa❤️🙏🏽
Yeah it looks that way. I’ve gone with land close to the main I know other you tubers can get land for like $1000 or less but personally I wouldn’t live in those locations there is nothing around you but fields and fields

No need to apologise for the chickens. For some of us that's a pleasure to hear and I'm not surprised they follow you around. You have a warm personality. Thank you for sharing. I was considering buying land in west africa.
Aww thank you 🙏🏿 I know longer have this land due to complications with diaspora allowance etc but I’m still defiantly looking for land options and when I hear about something good I shall investigate if it’s all ok and then possibly do a video on it.
This video is so beautiful! Your land is so beautiful and I'm so jealous of all the sun you're getting right now!! haha. Enjoy! I cant wait for my mum to move out there and this has made me that much more excited lol

By the time the road is fixed you won't recognise the place again, It used to be like that in parts of Nigeria just a few years ago. And immediately that road is fixed the value of your property will go up and if you sell you'll make almost twice the price you bought it at. Enjoy.
This video was really good information hope to link up when I come in Nov if air maroc are flying By the way your skin looks so sunkissed ⭐👊🏿👊🏿👍🏽and dont mind chickens love it and thanks
I like window shopping, so It's nice to see land, whether it's available or not. Congrats on your land and thanks for the tips about other considerations when purchasing land.
I haven't been through your archive of videos. I would like to know more about the workers and contractors you use and trust company names any extra information would be excellent
A beautiful environment. Pity the nature life had to be destroyed (nests) The Bees will have to find a new location LOL. The land was not surveyed prior to purchase? Interesting. And, how do you strategise when the rainy season prevents you from gaining access to your land going forward ?
is there a facebook group for diasporians looking to go to Gambia? we seem very scattered and i think it would be helpful to have some type of network or support..
@Diane M. I'm subscribed, their group is for people who are repatriated already and they hold in-person meetings. im looking for others who are still developing a plan that i can connect with
Can you grow most of your food on your compound? Do you need permits? In your video about building a house, you didn't give an idea about how much it costs for solar panels. If it's not too much, can you estimate the total cost of building a home (including permits, sewage, water, solar panels, etc...)? This estimate could be on the high side, I just want to have an idea. Also, after building everything, what does it cost to live annually? Is it affordable? Sorry about all the questions. I'm strongly considering moving there from the US (originally from Jamaica) and would like to know what I need to do for my child and I to live comfortably. Thanks in advance

Can I be honest with you, all land looks lush and green in rainy reason in dry season the same land wouldn’t look anything like this. I’ve only shown lands near main areas other UA-camrs have land in really remote areas for half these prices but I need to be around people so I’m with you on that community living type of land.
Do you think that red sand on the road has any potential uses The area you showed is so lush 💕🌿 P.s: You seem like you could be a great relocation consultant
I defiantly think it has use and actually in dry season why said many take the sand for making outdoor ovens, generator rooms with cement etc I’ve heard this relocation consultant said a lot these past two weeks. I’m not sure I know enough just yet
The goats or sheep don't eat the grass? When I lived in Afghanistan we paid the local hearders to graze them on property we were preparing to clear out.
This is exactly what we did. Once it was cut down and more manageable they got the local farmer to bring the animals to graze once a week to keep it down. 🖤🙏🏿
Hi, great video! Thank you for giving information to us in the diaspora. Just a question, why do you mention ‘flatten the land’ as if it is a negative feature of the land? A piece of land with a small his is a wonderful thing. You do not want land that will allow water to settle with no run-off. I have always preferred land that is not totally flat.
I prefer it flat so you can build or do what you need on the land. Will create a drainage system to prevent this issues that come in rainy season hopefully
For those planning on buying land in Gambia in an area that is not easily accessible....you may want to build your own road or get with other land owners in your area to help build a good road.
Hi Zandel, nice work you're doing promoting Gambia and Afrika. Keep it up. I'm interested in the 114x111 plot of land. I want to get touch with the sellers. I’m actually not sure. I think your lease hold the property and not the land. Like buying an apartment. You’ll never own the land but you own your apartment. Think that’s how it works but I’m just guessing.
