I'm not liking the complete lack of a warranty. When I look up the optimal lifespan of a typical neon tube, I see 8-15 years, so there is absolutely no reason for the manufacturer not to offer 2 years warranty... the product should outlast that period by a factor of four to eight, so they should not be ever seeing any returns if the quality is at least average.

I agree about the 2 years of warranty, i think this one has at least 1year, so not true there is no warranty at all, anyway let me investigate for making sure
