I almost feel I brought this video on. I ordered my black angus (1855 up here ) strip loin today. It will be here friday. No wally worlds anywhere near by with Waygu. Nobody around me even knows what waygu even is. I do not know a single person who has ever tried it. I ordered 2 Two inch ribeye waygu, but because of covid, restaurants aren't open, so stock is limited. I would have had to pay upwards of $1500 dollars (can) for a prime rib. I know that I will be happy with your Argentinian cut strip loin! That's why I am here brotha, to learn! Kissus for the missus as always! I always trust her opinion! I know my date will go well because of you two! DEEEEEELLLLLISSSSICIOUUSSSSS!!

Of course not top grade wagyu but the lower, still expensive grade. I would love you to do a video about retired dairy cows, it’s also much more humane as they give the dairy cows a second chance at life, grazing in the fields and having freedom! Rather then being killed straight away and ending up in dog food, which is such a waste! also I love how active you are man, you are really putting everything into this channel and I really hope you get a good sponsor or a high stable income soon ❤️

@@SaltyTales I went to Vermont wagyu and picked up some meat at their farm on Monday. I told them about your channel and they said they will research you guys and may contact you about sending you some cuts. So hopefully they send you some free meat to try on you channel.
If you can, get some Galician beef from the Basque region or some ex dairy from Wales. It's much older than normal, anywhere from 5-8 years but the tenderness, marbling and flavour is something else. The beef comes from retired dairy cows that spend their last year or two out at pasture where they develop a much deeper beef flavour than your standard 30 day dry aged beef.
You should add more "white light" to your videos. It makes the "vibe/setting" more positive, and it will help your channel grow faster! Best wishes Ninja. I miss the three musketeers in sous vide everything :)

Your lighting is great but you are missing a kicker light aka hair light or separation light. If you get this it will help distinguish you and your black shirts from your black background. I'm a Professional Photographer of 20 years and part-time film maker. Lighting is what I do everyday. God Bless and can't wait for your next videos.
In Ireland black Angus is my go to beef. For me i can live with different levels of tenderness but the taste has to be right. Properly seasoned good quality black angus is my favourite

Al contrario, es muy complicado encontrar Wagyu, de hecho se crian Wagyu en Chile pero muy pocos, muy difícil de conseguir y muy caros (sigo sin poder probarlo 😢). Pero un gran youtuber que sigo, El Profesor Klocker en su canal Recetas del Sur, donde se dedican a asar carnes como lo hacemos los chilenos (100% recomendado el canal Ninja), hizo el experimento de comparar Wagyu y Angus (ambos chilenos) y llegó a la conclusión que el Angus era mucho mejor. Claramente hay muchos factores a considerar, pero quería comentarlo para que supieras que acá el Angus es la carne favorita de los amantes de los asados. Saludos compadre!

My Walmart also has the waygu they have had it every time I’ve looked small cuts thin but real good the first I over cooked the 2nd was done perfectly I get a prime porter house that is dry aged for about 30 bucks I like more
The problem with this meat is that Walmart butcher are savage and don’t butcher them properly. Their presentation looks bad. Otherwise, the taste is great!!
16 (U.S. dollars per pound) = 12.20 per kilo Aldi sells their best ribeye's at £17 per kilo, and I honestly would say that their beef is the best from any supermarket...sounds like the US beef is only a bit cheaper than the UK

I think Wagyu strip loin is better then rib eye as their less waste and it has enough fat.
