IK Foam pro 2+ Tested with: Bilt hamber auto foam Bilt hamber touchless AD Just wheels bilt hamber surfex hd Autoglym polar blast Chemical guys snow foam
Cheers. Lot of time and effort in that one. My experiences match yours, which is good. 1) Halfords Advanced snow foam 2% into an ik Foamer with Surfex (5-10%) or Autofoam (2-4%) works beautifully. Really froths up. And super cheap compared to upping the AF to 20%. Great product considering it's rubbish at cleaning! 2)ik sprayer with AF does work, is much quicker and uses way less product. AF is superb and I use about 2l water to 80ml AF for whole car. I would foam, but I set up my routine for foamer for wheels and sprayer for bodywork. Again, thanks for the hard work
Thanks mate. Means a lot. Really appreciate your comments. I learnt a lot from doing that. 2% or 4%, bit less dwell time (due to minimal hang time), rinsed with garden hose, provided a perfectly adequate pre wash. There was no visible difference in cleanliness or effectiveness of product whether at 2%/4%/10% or 20%. Means the product will last for ages. I’m doing the “cleaning the car with a sprayer” next weekend. Ie. No foam. Been doing some research on that one. And yes. Was a bit of a marathon film/process/task/hard drive maximising extravaganza last Sunday.
@@rev-you1975 would be interesting to see a winter comparison of AF at the 2, 4 and 10% ratios. Almost certainly I'll try myself anyway. Then compare equivalent ratios of TL and AF to see which you think is the superior winter cleaner. I'd love to try Touchless, but I didn't realise just how little AF I really use. It just lasts forever, so can't justify it. Look forward to seeing what you think of the iK spray method.👍
Hello. Thanks for watching and taking time to comment. Yes. A lot of viewers have mentioned this. For normal use, say adding citrus pre wash, your genuinely looking at pumping the system twice, 3 times at a push. For wheels. You can foam 2 wheels per prime adequately. I also have a rechargeable pump to test on the Ik’s. But still haven’t got round to it. I don’t mind a bit of manual pumping. But I take your point. All the best.
Hello. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Great question. I often find myself reaching for the polar kit because it’s just a nice joined up approach and performs pretty well. I’m running low on autoglym at present and have a surplus of bilt hamber. I’m keen to try the new touchless so am currently trying to use up the bilt hamber. Under normal conditions (ie not putting the foamer through its paces), I use an Mjjc cannon to deliver foam. The ik foamer for just wheels or surfex and the ik sprayer for citrus pre wash if required. Favourite shampoo. I’ve never really done a mega shampoo test. But. I will say I really enjoy chemical guys suds. It’s the slickest shampoo I’ve tried to date. Just feels really gentle on the bodywork and a little goes a long way. I do keep meaning to try Gyeon bathe but haven’t yet. I’ve heard that’s good. Hope that helps. All the best.
Hello. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. If you half fill the device (performs better that way), probably refill twice too provide a thin covering (perfectly adequate to wash a whole car). Not as thick as a foam cannon but perfectly acceptable for a clean.

Pumping like a maniac

I enjoyed that
Brilliant. Thank you so much. Really appreciate you watching and also taking the time to comment.
Tip… no pun intended, Just clean the tip out and wash the filter, no need to do the main body and pump every time.
Thank you. I’ll do that next time it gets used. Thanks for sharing.
Which one is your favorite for shampoo ? do you still use Autoglym Polar blast with IK Foam

How many refills will it need to do a whole car
