Thank you so much... I'm a 17 year old guy that goes to a school full of caring people but I still cannot help but feel judged all the time... I've been really suffering and my mind has been on full throttle for too long, I always feel like everything is too much for me. I use youtube as a remedy. I watch my favorite youtubers and they make me laugh and smile more than I do with my friends in real life. No matter who i'm with, i feel so... different, I feel so boring and it has destroyed my confidence in any thing I do. My family can't afford to get me a therapist or anything of the sort. These videos, though i just found them today, have helped me so much already. Thank you from the bottom, sides, middle, and top of my heart.
+adza botchway We are so sorry for what you have been suffering, Adza, but we do hope that the videos on this channel may be of help. Sending you good thoughts.
+kristonren well... i dont really think i am introverted. I find lots of energy in talking to other people, i like talking to other but i just can't do it. my words get stuck in the throat, i just can't think of anything to say and it destroys my confidence.
+adza botchway hang in there. It's not about being judged. Is about loving and accepting yourself for who you are. FYI Look in the the miracle morning, ITs helped me tremendously in the past month and 1/2. Keep doing things that you love and fulfill you and you will find your place. These videos are helping me over come my addiction to alcohol. Any time I get a craving I listen to one of these and by the time it's over the craving is gone and I am calm and relaxed. This is so helpful! Thank you!
This has helped my recovery of alcohol addiction. I felt powerless when i had the urge to drink. Now I know i can do it through meditation and I am so grateful. Thank you for peace of mind
The balloon trick amazed me guys , whenever i do meditation the intrusive thoughts were not in my control ,but in this balloon way they went out , i am in tears right now , i wanna thank you from bottom of my heart , i wish you a achieve a lot of success and happiness in your life 🙂
I have a distant but vivid memory of when I was 3-4 years old (I'm 18 now) where I accidentally let go of a blue balloon and I remember looking at it go, that makes the visualization for this trick so damn effective for me
Kirsten Van Lienden yes, I love that!! I also imagine thoughts or worries as cans floating by on a river, or clouds up above me while I’m peacefully meditating at the bottom of a clear lake. I love the balloon idea, too though; I heard it from them before in a meditation to let go of worries, didn’t apply it to thoughts until I heard this one! 🥰🥰
I started reading the comments (which is usually a mistake on youtube videos) and just wanted to point out what lovely humans the people who have commented are :)
Humanity has a endless potential only if we knew it and stop destroying ourselves and the beautiful nature around us. I think this is just a beginning for a much higher purpose and lovely revolution for all. Love
I listen to this every morning! It's part of my morning 'routine' to help me maximize my day. I've found that using a combination of mindfulness meditation, practicing gratitude, and a cold shower in the morning helps me slow down my mental chatter and keeps me focused on the day. Thank you for uploading!
This meditation temporarily cured my depression, anxiety, PTSD. The first I did it, I passed out from relief. When I woke up, I felt refreshed, relaxed, in a blissful state. I listen to this at least once a week. It has helped me tremendously. Thank you!
I still listen to this meditation as its been the most effective especially during stressful times. I shared this video with my friends who found it peaceful and calming.
so im have never done any sort of meditation before and can't sit longer than 2 minutes without being bored. i did the full 9 minutes and oh my gosh. i totally just zoned out. i did not feel it was 10 minutes at all and didnt want to open my eyes. when i did, i was literally floating. feel so light. definately need to do this daily
Thank you, it's 4am and I'm very ill and cannot sleep, this helped me release all my stress of exams and bad thoughts. I really appreciate the work gone into this to help others.
Mindfulness is the key to our inner peace and internal happiness. If you're reading this I believe you're in the right place and you can achieve this. Sending you Peace and Love 💖🙏🏼💖
I enjoy this. In one more day I'll be driving out of town to attend my 61st high school class reunion. Indeed things have changed. Just after this meditation, my Spirit carried me back to the music and happiness of our school "sockhops" (dances) and Motown music and the beautiful music of the Platters & Chuck Berry. Meditation is more than just releasing anxieties, it's also a trip back into our previous realm of conscious love. Remember your first kiss 💋?
How the heck did a 10 minute meditation feel like 30 seconds!!! That was my first time seriously trying to meditate.... that felt so good! Felt connected
6 years later of daily meditation practice - this was the video that started it all. Thank you so much for this - for anyone on this path - these videos are amazing for an introduction until you are ready to do it without any guidance and just with yourself.
I have been a Paramedic for 9 years and have personally struggled with Anxiety. This video has revolutionised my life and the way I view things. A long with some research around mindfulness and other videos. I share this video and channel with my patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression. I do everything I can to spread the message about Mindfulness and its many health benefits. Thank you.
At first when I heard about mindfulness I honestly thought it was a load of rubbish but once I was shown it from my first experience It genuinely took so much of my stress away. I'm a 17 year old student really struggling with the stress and anxiety of school at the moment, I felt like I was stuck and had no way of reliving this stress that was seriously affecting me. These guided meditation videos have helped me so much, stress is so underrated in young adults and teenagers, depression and self harm numbers are rising year on year. If mindfulness was taught in schools and collages I believe it would really benefit a lot of young people with the stresses that they are faced with today. There's not enough help out there for teenagers such as myself and this is why they become quickly sucked into the depression hole with no way of knowing how to get back out. So I want to thank the people who make these videos because I'm sure they're really benefitting a lot of people just like me.
I myself came here too to relieve stress and anxiety caused by university. It is insane how many students are struggling with stress to a point where they resort to drugs and alcohol because they don’t know how else to feel relaxed anymore. Why is the modern world so eager to break the spirits of young, talented people and refuse to even give them a chance to show what they have got? If you can’t withstand the pressure, no matter how intelligent you are, they drop you...
Sabina Jyrkinen That’s so sad to hear... has this really helped you a lot? I’m on vacation and I’ve been thinking about trying to be mindful before I go back to school. I’m a bit hesitant to actually start this though (partly because of anxiety) so if I heard something positive and encouraging that would be really nice.
@@unamed2516 It helped me for sure. Especially when you feel like your mind is racing and you are loosing grip of everything. I would recommend it to anybody really! Just the fact that you aren't really thinking for a moment and just breathing and taking in your surroundings makes you feel much more at peace :)
Sabina Jyrkinen That’s great! Thank you so much for replying back sometimes when I ask important questions people never answer them or take a very long to do so. I’ll try to push myself to use this soon because I’d really like to be a better person so I could finally choose to do the things I want without anything holding me back so I could maybe embrace some happiness for once.
I have listened to a lot of 10 minute meditations and this one is the best! A good balance between voice guidance and silence. Plus his voice, it's so calming!
I read 10 pages of kobe's book and he said if your body feels like meditating, meditate... so I'm here now cuz I would love to be one of the greats one day. RIP Kobe Bryant and everyone who was on board...
I listened to this two years ago for my first ever meditation when I was battling crazy panic disorder/OCD thoughts at 20. After months of constant listening and practice I found peace within myself and it is all thanks to your meditation ! Though I kind of lost my way the past month again and i'm back in the deep end of anxiety. So I just recently remembered that I found comfort in this video, It's a very hard journey indeed but reading the comments and taking in the comfort from this video I know it's something I can handle. So thank you so much Honest Guys, you inspire me to create positive change in this world and you should be proud that you help millions people.
It humbles us, to be honest, to know we have ben able to help. I know sometimes it can be a very rocky road and we hope that you return to feeling peace.
It was crazy when he was all when ur ready go about your life. I thought what? No that’s odd it only just started but I looked at my phone and wow yes that was the fastest 10 minuets in my life
I just did this meditation thing for the first time with this video, I cried. I have a lot of mental chatter going on right now and I think I have to add some meditation to my daily life. Everything is going to be okay. I can handle this. Thank you.
I am wondering that already for about 4 weeks every time when I listen to this I cannot hold my tears... I can hear my inside voice... and it’s so hard to accept it, but it’s so good after..
Wishing everyone reading this comment ALL THE VERY BEST in doing the BIGGEST and quite frankly TOUGHEST CLEAN UP to be done in your entire life - Cleaning the GARBAGE inside our mind and making it CALM, SERENE and full of POSITIVITY and GROWTH. Let’s get this done together.
April 11, 2020 Saturday Morning 10:10 AM I'm feeling a lot more in control of my actions, thoughts, and feelings. I'm starting to have positive automatic responses. I want to be kinder to my body. I want to be healthier. I want to be able to use my body to it's limit. Sending love and positivity
@Rebecca Vocal Athlete Kudos for the video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you tried - Riddleagan Professional Beats Remedy (do a google search)? It is a good one off product for discovering a simple journey to success and fortune without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got amazing success with it.
This meditation saved my life. I almost took my own life due to my anxiety disorder and I always came to this guide for help and to calm my anxiety. It saved me every time. I recommended my grandmother this as well and it saved her from insomnia. I owe the world to you guys for saving me.
I started mindfully meditating about a month ago. I was mentally preparing for major surgery and feeling very anxious about the upcoming surgery. I am "hooked" on my daily meditations. 20 minutes in the morning and about an hour before sleep. I have listened to many different versions, but yours are the BEST. Thank you I am well on my path of healing and strongly believe that meditation is key to my overall well being. Thank you for making these, I enjoy them immensely.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Katie. We're so glad that you have found them helpful :) It was very much the same with us; once we began we found the results so wonderful we just never stopped
"you are not controlled by your thoughts. you can acknowledge that they are simply that: thoughts. they proceed from you, but they do not own you. you control them." helps me every single time
FatalBipGR Just let the anxiety consume you. Once you realize that anxiety cant hurt you, you'll lose your anxiety towards anxiety. as weird as that sounds. Anxious people are anxious about being anxious. Just treat anxiety as a separate entity from you. Its an annoyance that of you starve it of attention, will slowly fade. The key to recovery is acceptance and just do what you love. Enjoy your hobbies, enjoy the people in your life. This is temporary. Its not easy. But with time you will become disciplined and will be able to control your anxiety.
This helped so much. I'm glad for the pauses you leave, and then that you came back in to tell us we can return to life whenever, but are welcome back at any time. It made me feel like I wasn't alone in this. Your channel is wonderful.
I was so relaxed and focused in the last sentence you've told that I took a scare, it's as if I had repende being brought to this world again, after making a trip to a place far away in space and time.
Haha, I fell asleep and the narrator's last sentence woke me up with a shake. Like when you fall in your dream and wake up with a tremor through your body.
Been Suffering with Anxiety issues since i was a very young boy, now 42 years old, and without UA-cam and these videos, i'd be so anxious all the time, i couldn't probably even function that well. Thanks so much for having these available
I'm the same age with the same problem. In my case, I can't get out of the constant feeling of being unsafe or that I'm doing something wrong. Best of luck, brother.
I have been doing this meditation every day for three weeks now. It has made such a difference. I feel much calmer throughout the day and much more resilient to the effects of stress and anxiety. Thank your for making this available 🙂
Sounds promising. Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll give it a try. Usually I feel anxiety during the day when I'm working, going to office, meeting people and so on.
This meditation saved me from one of the deepest depressions I have fallen into years ago, I did it today after a long time (remember If you are in a hole, stop digging, get out)
Since I started with anxiety that drove me to high blood pressure for 4 years now, (and finallly feeling much much better), I have read a lot about it in order to look for other ways to heal myself besides medication...that is how I found you guys thanks God. I want to deeply thank the third member of your wonderful team, Mrs. Sian Lloyd because it is amazing how she puts all the knowledge about treating anxiety in a few clue soft simple and exact words that really have an immediate effect in calming my mind and my shivering body. Thankyouthankyouthankyou
Aww, thank you for your wonderful comment, Maribel. We will also pass this onto Siân. She has gone through a lot of anxiety so she has studied relaxation in the hope that she can help people
When he said the thing about listening to your heart beat it was like a switch and my thoughts were gone. My whole body relaxed and I was suddenly fully present. This was amazing, thank you!
I take ADHD medication, and it tends to make my heart POUND. This morning the pounding was quite bothersome and wouldn’t go away, so I decided to try some mindfulness. My mom has always recommended meditation to me, but I’ve just brushed it off and never really tried it. But now that I did... whoa. It was such a special experience and it genuinely helped to calm down my heart rate. Thank you so much for this video, I’ll definitely try this again very soon.
I wish everyone would be more open to meditation..it’s so beneficial. This was the most calm I’ve felt in weeks! I need to get back into meditation for sure.
I listen to this almost everyday. I have borderline so my anxiety goes to the roof, when I listen to this I'm calm I'm fine there's nothing bothering me. It's so helpful.
This was my first time trying meditation and I straight up cried letting go of my balloons... that was powerful. Much thanks to you lovely blokes. I will be doing this regularly as a spiritual purge.
When I imagine my thoughts as color baloons and let them go driven away by the wind to the sky... I cannot control myself and tears begin to flow down...
+FNA Actually, you can take advantage and focus on the sounds. That alone helps you stay mindful, in a sense because you're using your ears to focus :)
Love and peace to everyone here. Been going through an almost lifelong addiction and finally got a hold on it. Feeling better than I have in a decade. Hope everyone knows that no matter what you're facing you can get through it. We're stronger than the things that weigh us down. Keep going!
I 100% agree. I'm an infantry vet from Operation Iraqi Freedom and have had A LOT of anxiety, anger and depression issues until recently. I started Yoga through my therapist and meditation at the suggestion of my wife and this was the first video I watched and it was an INSTANT life changer. I do this about 3 times a day and also add an extra video at times if I'm having a really rough time. But to the creator (s) of this particular session/video, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know it sounds stupid to a lot of folks, but this has legitimately changed my life. So, again, thank you!
Some interesting thoughts I'd like to share... My Experience with Meditation Mindfulness meditation is great tool you can use to help clear your mind from the myriad sea of thoughts that randomly pop in and out of existence in your head which prevent you from seeing the world for what it really is. Just started taking it seriously and played around with it recently and wow, it truly is such an amazing feeling when you transition in and out of that meditative state. Coming out of it, you become more fully aware of your surroundings. You're no longer lost in thought (at least for a while, depending on how effective your meditation is) and you become more focused with whatever you're doing. There's just this burst of excitement after you come out of it and you're just fascinated by everything around you. It's like you've been born back into this world again. Coming out of mediation feels great and improves your perception of reality, but that's only one part of the experience. When you successfully enter the meditative state is where things start getting interesting. The state of nothingness- no thought or feeling at all, IS the meditative state. Letting go of your thoughts and being a thoughtless poo is a bit hard and tedious at first (for those that are so used to constantly thinking/worrying all the time), but over time, with practice, you'll get better at releasing your mind from your thoughts and eventually enter that state of nothingness faster*Maybe the longer you remain in that state, the higher the form of consciousness/view of reality you will come back with?*. Your thoughts of what other people think of you, your anxieties, your worries; all the bullshit you're thinking that's preventing you from actually doing the things that you want to do- everything just shuts off and you enter this new state of existence that's separate from both your mind and your body... A little taste of nirvanna It's such a euphoric, blissful state to be in. Some call it Jesus, nature, god, your higher self, whatever that thing is; you start feeling this strong, deep connection to something that's greater than you (at least from my experience) Transitioning back into the world from that state is even more bizarre, haha. It's like you've just came out of your mother's womb, or you've awaken from this really deep hypersleep. You're basically brought back into this world with a refreshed state of mind and you start becoming more focused and aware of this game we're all participating in. You're all like, wow, I just came out of that nothingness, and here I am now. Maybe that's what these luminaries: Tesla, Einstein, Newton, Mozart, the Buddha, etc- have gone through. Maybe it's this realization and intense concentration on reality that allowed them to play the game more efficiently and/or produce such great works? Gah, here I go again lost in thought, spouting out this mindless brabble like some kind of crazed lunatic again... I guess it's about time I enter that state again; I really need to get that firm, fully focused grip on reality. Definitely need to do a vlog on this sometime in the future
+Paula Brazell with some time and self awareness, I realized the solution for the world is the change of thinking. Once that is made, the problems would solve for themselves. Mindfulness is a way that can give us access to the meaning of life (:
Thank you Christian for such a well written post. I am just starting to practice and learn about Mindfulness and am totally blown away by the effect it has had on me. A chronic worrier, overthinker and filled with anxiety, I am now learning to let go of all that and live in the present. I read a wonderful quote somewhere "we can only experience love, compassion, the environment and the universe at this very moment. All else is an illusion". Unfortunately, the author was not cited and so I don't know who wrote it, but it has totally changed my life and my way of looking at things. Mindfulness meditations have been helping me to remember this and to stay focused on the present. As I said, I am a newbie to all of this, and the depth of my meditative state is still quite shallow, but I know with practicing it daily it will deepen and outside thoughts will become less and less. Again, a sincere thanks for your thoughts on Mindfulness. It all made sense to me and has encouraged me to keep on learning about it. xoxoxoxo
This meditation guide changed me. On nights where I listen to this, Its so weird I dont know how to describe it. So like when I go to sleep after, I can still hear everything that's going on but it doesn't effect me, I sleep as easily as if its silent. I can still physically hear them but my mind just lets go. Usually, when I go to bed, I turn in my bed for 20m but this just stopped all of that. Now I'll go to bed, turn maybe once and fall asleep within 10 minutes max despite my family being awake and quite noisy. Love it.
First video I’ve found that’s allowed me to drift into a deep sense of relaxation. The balloon visualisation is a massive game changer, the chatter in my head can be overbearing at times for me. SO grateful to have found this video and channel :’)
what I really like about this channel is that it is so real. It feels like real people are making this, sometimes with certain channels the creater feels more like a bot, I just feel super connected and calm
thank you for this video ,,this video made me realise that because of my autisme i,m always mindfull ,,maybe a bit to mindfull ,,all my senses are very very sensitive
Me too.. very mindful and aware of everyone and every thing (sound).. not a bad way to live but gets a bit much and it needs too..to be regulated,, if you know what I mean,, my autism takes my mind to strange places of negativity at times..lol.
I'vd found out that ı have autism and still need to learn more about it. I live in my own head so dam badly, is this anything to do with autism? I also can't relax or even focus on these videos due to my thoughts being scattered all over the place and being distracted really badly. It's like ım trying to escape reality and get bored so quickly
It was weird. When it was time to let go of the colored balloons (represented by my own thoughts), my head kept on moving forward and backward, just like lying my head on the waves of the sea. It was smooth yet continuous. The moving stopped after the meditation. In the end, I felt like I was in another world, attaining personal peace that I sought for months. I felt the comfort and confidence that I once had. Thank you for making these kind of videos. May they serve as instruments of attaining inner peace.
That was nice. I feel like I woke up from a really great nap, and this time I wasn't plagued by constant, disruptive yawning like I normally am when trying to meditate.
One tip for all is to have a Mantra. Repeat that mantra. It doesnt have to be Om. But your mantra. Ex. "I am free". Repeat this mantra in your head for the 10 minutes that you are doing meditation. While doing the things mentioned in this video. Having a mantra further increases your focus and helps to prevent thoughts coming in. Slowly when you have mastered this then you can try without the mantra!
I was broken into pieces the moment I confronted my weakness. I was agitated by the fact that I had reacted in such a way when the person had not even been speaking to me directly I frequently encountered these situations, and the following was my fleeting mechanism: 1. I listened to music or watched a film to shift my focus away to something irrelevant 2. I went to a nearby cafe. 3. I made unnecessary phone calls with friends and gloated about something I continuously practiced physical relaxation methods instead of choosing to escape. The coffee shop truly was the optimal place to practice. I realized why I had wanted to go home early before. At home, no one would attack my vulnerability.
I’m dealing with personal life crisis and my life is at its worst I never comment on videos or social media but I cannot walk away without thanking you. Thank you so very much i had best 9.48 mins of relaxing time this means a lot thank you again
I’ve been using these meditation practices for the past 4 years and they are such gems- thankyou so much for making this so easily accessible-it truly is life saving 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I have tried many mindfulness meditations before, this one is the best yet! It really helps with my ADHD, anxiety and depression. It's a wonderful way to start my day. Thank you so much.
The best and the highest surrounds me and protects me at every moment. Everyday I receive all of the good things that make me a happier and better person. Have a beautiful day everyone! Stay Mindful ❤️
This is the video that got me into meditating 2016 in my junior year of high school. Now 23, my first ever( 10 day) meditation retreat is now a week away. Props to this video of getting me over the hump of meditating and making it a habit in my life. Beyond excited for the retreat, will be back to update you guys !!
Wow I successfully meditated. I was so focused on being mindful of my surroundings that I didnt realize that the meditation ended. lol. This was nice 💜
You know... The first time I ever meditated was with this video, in 2016. My leave from work due to severe depression had been extended and I was frustrated, I wanted my life back. I can't remember how or why but I found information on "mindfulness" and how it helped with depression, so I came to UA-cam to see if there was anything. I'm still so grateful I found this video, I remember the first time I played it was the first time I felt at peace in years... 6 years later and I still come back to it sometimes, especially when my regular unguided practice doesn't cut it. Thank you so much, sending you love
Thank you for such a calming and lovely meditation guys! Truly grateful. I have been listening for many years, and will be listening for many more to come 🦋
I closed my eyes, and when I opened them, I saw the most beautiful sunrise on the screen. Very nicely put together and the guiding voice is always soothing. good job, The Honest Guys.
I used this video for more than 3 years now. Sometimes I stop, but it always calls me back. It brings me a state of relaxation that I can never explain, and more than any other meditation video I have ever tried. Thank you for uploading.
Thank you so much... I'm a 17 year old guy that goes to a school full of caring people but I still cannot help but feel judged all the time... +adza botchway We are so sorry for what you have been suffering, Adza, but we do hope that the videos on this channel may be of help. Sending you good thoughts.
+adza botchy Maybe you are not boring or strange... maybe you are an introvert?
+kristonren well... i dont really think i am introverted. I find lots of energy in talking to other people, i like talking to other but i just can't do it. my words get stuck in the throat, i just can't think of anything to say and it destroys my confidence.
hang in there and keep meditating. you're not alone.
+adza botchway hang in there. It's not about being judged. Is about loving and accepting yourself for who you are. These videos are helping me over come my addiction to alcohol. Any time I get a craving I listen to one of these and by the time it's over the craving is gone and I am calm and relaxed. This is so helpful! Thank you!
+Matt Tomlin We are so very glad they are of help to you, Matt!
I believe in you ☘❤
This has helped my recovery of alcohol addiction. I felt powerless when i had the urge to drink. Now I know i can do it through meditation and I am so grateful.

Me too brother keep on keeping on! 💪
Damn, guess that makes four of us
The balloon trick amazed me guys , whenever i do meditation the intrusive thoughts were not in my control ,but in this balloon way they went out , i am in tears right now , i wanna thank you from bottom of my heart , i wish you a achieve a lot of success and happiness in your life 🙂
Bless you, we’re so glad it was helpful
I totally agree. That always brings a smile as I see them floating away!
Yeah the balloons were amazing. I literally could feel my thoughts floating away as I watched the baloons
So true. I use it on a daily basis and just see them flying away and makes me feel so much better. I have chronic anxiety / PTSD
I have a distant but vivid memory of when I was 3-4 years old (I'm 18 now) where I accidentally let go of a blue balloon and I remember looking at it go, that makes the visualization for this trick so damn effective for me
“ they don’t control you, you have control over them” that’s the source of my hope
It’s quite true :)
Observe them too.
Beautiful
the balloons are a really good method to distance yourself from your thoughts. I found it really helpful!
Thank you :)
nixe one
Funky I found a way of how to let go of thoughts. could never imagine how yo before.
Anthony Cabral what is phalgun? Or is it a typo to mean something else?! Haha
I started reading the comments (which is usually a mistake on youtube videos) and just wanted to point out what lovely humans the people who have commented are :)
We're very conscious of that, Laurel :) Our viewers and subscribers are wonderful :)
Good people. ✌
paralian So tired of do it for like comments so self loathing and pathetic
Aw. That's sweet. You must be one of those lovely humans too.
It’s wonderful to make any form of meditation part of your routine :) And you’re welcome
Wowww!! You still doing well??!
Have you read the book Max out your life? I ask as I have and have implemented the same techniques as outlined in the book.
Have a positive, constructive routine is very important. I ahve mine too.
I do the same things in the morning, they're very helpful :)
This meditation temporarily cured my depression, anxiety, PTSD. The first I did it, I passed out from relief. When I woke up, I felt refreshed, relaxed, in a blissful state. I listen to this at least once a week. It has helped me tremendously. Thank you!
We’re so very glad that you’ve found it helpful, Sen
So glad it helped!

Jay Bobh yeah I need to do this daily too it really lowers my anxiety especially right before bed

Thank you, it's 4am and I'm very ill and cannot sleep, this helped me release all my stress of exams and bad thoughts. I really appreciate the work gone into this to help others.
+Louise Raymond You are so welcome, Louise :) We're glad it helped
deep breaths good 🍀
Hey! I have the same problem :( how did you manage to control your stres?
Hope you're feeling better this year.

Mindfulness is the key to our inner peace and internal happiness. If you're reading this I believe you're in the right place and you can achieve this. Sending you Peace and Love 💖🙏🏼💖
thank you, sending you peace and love as well
I enjoy this.

Bless you, you’re so welcome
bro what
We're in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic right now and my anxiety level is giving me even more anxiety. I needed this.
We’re very glad it’s helpful, Tracie
How the heck did a 10 minute meditation feel like 30 seconds!!! That was my first time seriously trying to meditate.... that felt so good! Felt connected
Quite a few people have said that; when it passes so quickly, it means you are really in the meditative state

I agree
Does anyone notice that his voice is soo calm?!
Thank you :)
Doesn’t everyone?
6 years later of daily meditation practice - this was the video that started it all. Thank you so much for this - for anyone on this path - these videos are amazing for an introduction until you are ready to do it without any guidance and just with yourself.
:) Thank you for your kind words
I have been a Paramedic for 9 years and have personally struggled with Anxiety. This video has revolutionised my life and the way I view things. A long with some research around mindfulness and other videos. I share this video and channel with my patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression. I do everything I can to spread the message about Mindfulness and its many health benefits. Thank you.
How are you now?
We are so glad that it helped you; that's why we do this :)
Thank you so very much, Amy :)
I read 10 pages of kobe's book and he said if your body feels like meditating, meditate... so I'm here now cuz I would love to be one of the greats one day.

I listened to this two years ago for my first ever meditation when I was battling crazy panic disorder/OCD thoughts at 20. After months of constant listening and practice I found peace within myself and it is all thanks to your meditation !

Same, I started watching this mainly in the 2017-18 school year, and I still return to it!
Anyone else has anxiety problems and have lot negative thoughts that scare him and make his heart feel ready to blow.
FatalBipGR This type of meditation is great for anxiety. Its good practice on how you need to deal with anxious thoughts.
FatalBipGR Key word is acceptance. You have to stop trying to control your thoughts and your anxiety and just accept it.
Yes it's awful
Thank you!

My Experience with Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is great tool you can use to help clear your mind from the myriad sea of thoughts that randomly pop in and out of existence in your head which prevent you from seeing the world for what it really is.
A little taste of nirvanna
It's such a euphoric, blissful state to be in. Some call it Jesus, nature, god, your higher self, whatever that thing is; you start feeling this strong, deep connection to something that's greater than you (at least from my experience)
Transitioning back into the world from that state is even more bizarre, haha.
Couldn't agree more with you. Let's save the world with meditation
+Clarissa Lobo I cant believe you wrote that ,it was exactly what I was thinking.
+Paula Brazell with some time and self awareness, I realized the solution for the world is the change of thinking. Once that is made, the problems would solve for themselves. Mindfulness is a way that can give us access to the meaning of life (:
+Paula Brazell it's is so true, that is dangerous at the same time
Thank you Christian for such a well written post. It all made sense to me and has encouraged me to keep on learning about it. xoxoxoxo
I'm doing meditation for few weeks and I felt big change in me
It definitely does cause a great change when done regularly
This meditation guide changed me. On nights where I listen to this, Its so weird I dont know how to describe it. So like when I go to sleep after, I can still hear everything that's going on but it doesn't effect me, I sleep as easily as if its silent. I can still physically hear them but my mind just lets go. Usually, when I go to bed, I turn in my bed for 20m but this just stopped all of that. Now I'll go to bed, turn maybe once and fall asleep within 10 minutes max despite my family being awake and quite noisy. Love it.
Cat jumped on me in the middle of this. Scared me half to death XD She's purring now, this is what it feels like to be mindful
True enough :)
First video I’ve found that’s allowed me to drift into a deep sense of relaxation. The balloon visualisation is a massive game changer, the chatter in my head can be overbearing at times for me. SO grateful to have found this video and channel :’)
So very glad that the visualisation helped you :)
This didn’t even feel like 10 minutes it felt like 5 min I was like wait .. that’s it ?? Haha it was very calming 🥺
When you’re really in the meditative state time seems to have no meaning :)

thank you for this video ,,this video made me realise that because of my autisme i,m always mindfull ,,maybe a bit to mindfull ,,all my senses are very very sensitive
Me too.. very mindful and aware of everyone and every thing (sound).. not a bad way to live but gets a bit much and it needs too..to be regulated,, if you know what I mean,, my autism takes my mind to strange places of negativity at times..lol.
eastbaysf i understand the same her
how can I test
Only a professional Dokter can test this
I'vd found out that ı have autism and still need to learn more about it.
You can have quite amazing experiences when meditating, John. Nothing bad at all, by the way. So very glad it helped you feel peace :)

Great tip!
I was broken into pieces the moment I confronted my weakness. I was agitated by the fact that I had reacted in such a way when the person had not even been speaking to me directly
I frequently encountered these situations, and the following was my fleeting mechanism:
1. I listened to music or watched a film to shift my focus away to something irrelevant
2. I went to a nearby cafe.
3. I made unnecessary phone calls with friends and gloated about something
I continuously practiced physical relaxation methods instead of choosing to escape. The coffee shop truly was the optimal place to practice. I realized why I had wanted to go home early before. At home, no one would attack my vulnerability.
very useful for stress people who needs to find relaxation.
yeah... i can get through it long enough to have a cigarette twice jk

Beyond excited for the retreat, will be back to update you guys !!
That’s wonderful, and we hope that the retreat is brilliant for you 🙏🏼
How was the retreat? Would you recommend it as an experience?
@@rebeccan1454 yes definitely!!! releasing a youtube video on it this week :)
Wow I successfully meditated. I was so focused on being mindful of my surroundings that I didnt realize that the meditation ended. lol. This was nice 💜
We're glad that you liked it, DinoLife :)
Thank you and we’re so glad that you found it of help

I closed my eyes, and when I opened them, I saw the most beautiful sunrise on the screen. Very nicely put together and the guiding voice is always soothing. good job, The Honest Guys.
This is my all time favourite meditation! Really helps with anxiety

I used this video for more than 3 years now. Sometimes I stop, but it always calls me back. It brings me a state of relaxation that I can never explain, and more than any other meditation video I have ever tried. Thank you for uploading.
You are so welcome, Martha, and we’re glad it’s helped you
observing the still point between breaths has really improved my focus
