I think that's because she already does a whole bunch of dancing (or taunting depending on how you look at it) while summoning her demons. Not to say that it wouldn't be nice for more taunts, but we do see her bust out a whole lot of dances.

Bayonetta 2 is very sharp and pretty
And more vibrantly colored. It really did make the game feel refreshing and cool compared to all the other games of its genre that were typically more muted and grim.
@@valan2736 I personally prefer the art style of bayo 3 but the only thing I wish was different was the hair, cause like, in two you can see how it like fades out and it looks really soft and flowy. I wish they just kept that effect

@@xervantezxvi5022 I haven't had the chance to play Bayo 3 (I don't have a switch) but gameplay wise I sorta like it though the Demon Slave does seem a little clunky at times, honestly would prefer Umbran Climax, the story wasn't that great because to me it took away from the whole aspect of "Demons vs Angels".
it's sad to see bayo don't self execute the torture attack anymore
god the combat in the new bayo 3 feels soooo good. everything about it from the new weapons to demon slave & masquerade and the ult mechanic is pretty helpful too. one thing I wish they kept is the clock hand effect whenever bayo uses witch time, that way we could tell how much time we had left until it wears off (plus it looks cooler and reinforces the "time" in witch time)
The downside of that clock hand effect is the duration of witchtime cant be increased by attack enemy because the duration must be a specific number when it apply and cant be dynamic change due to the effect ,
Plus that effect may look too much for a game with over load amount of effect during combat llike bayo3

its smooth but idk if its just me i feel the wicked weave is kinda sluggish in bayo 3

for me personally bayonetta 3 was more censored and less impactful in many aspect it was very good game but still there was a lot to improve because it took around 5 years of developing :3
@MechanicWonder Not really considering the only censoring of the old games is the hair blocking the breasts and the butt. Even when she would do her climax spells in Bayo 2 she had less on.
I actually dont mind it being censored, but what makes me sad is how she lost all that sassyness from the first 2 games :(

@MechanicWonder she is literally never naked in bayonetta 3 she only has the “swimsuit” version on during her demon summons and the climax finishers are from her heart sacrifice and if she did use hair summons the screen would shake, and her hair would cover her whole body to try and hide the fact she is naked, and the old bayonetta skins don’t even get naked so she doesn’t get naked as much as other games idk how else to tell you 😂

I miss being called a "bad boy" after getting a pure platinum.
I never noticed, but even the way she taunts in Bayo 3 is childish. I know it was meant to show that she's more like the child she was before but holy hell. It makes sense that THIS bayonetta is the one who fall for Luka, since he kinda gave her a ton of lollipops when she travelled through time in bayo 1 XD

Her body proportions, her face, her animations, all of it is so much better in 1 and 2.

@@hectord3013 natural does not equal better. Realism is pointless in a game like this. The art style changed and is inconsistent with the original vision. This is of course simply my opinion but I wish they would've kept the original style for the sake of consistency.

This game was not good story wise, everyone's interactions were boring, the character designes weren't polished enough., So the looked blocky a bit (this one is just my opinion.) The antagonist were all the same. This made them repetitive, boring, not very memorable compared to the angels and demon from Bayo 1 and 2.
I was disappointed in the game. You would think after making us wait so long for this, the story telling would be good enough and character development would be better, but no.
I think the creator betted too much on this one as he’s already thinking ahead for the 4th game to explain the ending better. But he should’ve treated this as let’s say the final bayo game. Since we don’t know whenever nintendo decides to pick it up again. But this baisically feels like a set up to something else which shouldn’t have been the case.
@Good For Nutting Yeah. The took away a lot of her personality in this. Not only that, she was the one needed saving majority of the time.
She would just stand there and watch as he alternate versions would did in here hands.
The audacity for them to have her say "learn to fight for others, not just yourself. " she let her selves did (who all uave completely different personality, she she could have fought for them)

3:32 there are lots of cats that will backflip in the parking lot where you find the Umbran Crow in Chapter 2, there’s even a Bewitchment telling you to scare the cats three times with Infernal Demons
2 is still by far the best Bayonetta

So disappointing about the graphics,i understand they have to downgrade it to add more gameplay variaties but it hurt my eyes. Can't believe i buy the game just to left it there and play on an emulator instead.

They shouldve spent less time on the demon models. She doesnt need aracnae when she has witch walk, she only needs to go fast, float, and have a double jump but the flower double jump is pretty nice ngl.
The demon slaves shouldnt be full slaves because it takes you out of the combat.
The voice lines are boring too when you fight. “Do it” isnt as intense

That cat youre showing from bayo 3 gives you a collectable item if caught so of course he isnt gonna make it easy, but there are a bunch of strays relaxing that you can mess with like in bayo2.

Fun fact: unlike the previous Bayonetta 1&2 depending on what weapons you choose in bayo3 her cereza's shadow will appear different, if you equip colour my world her shadow will be the normal madama butterfly shadow because color my world is intended to channel madama butterfly's power like that of Jeanne's all 4 one

With the emerging cut content I am guessing a lot of features were cut because they couldn't fit in the console.

@@brobocop8293 Someone emulated the game to look at the files and they discovered a lot of unused objects, character sprites and system mechanics.
@@ValerioRhys like every game ever made since the beginning of video games. Even mario games on NES have unused assets in the code. The main thing here is that it feels like a feature complete package. Doesn't seem like they held back content to sell to us later or feel like the game is incomplete.

Man what happenned to the graphics??? They look a bit worse for wear. And some things look incomplete. Like it has potential but there are lots of things that feel off to me without having much of a reason. Gameplay is still better, but presentation and whatnot.... ehhh???

It's probably because they scale of the game has increased a lot with demon slave mechanics. The small details are gone. Bayonettas face and clothing doesn't have as much detail as bayo 2. The environments were much smaller in bayo 2 which allowed for more detail. Overall bayo 2 graphically is a more beautiful game, bayo 3 is mechanically/technically on a much bigger scale but it sacrifices graphics to achieve it.
@@theorangecandle i understand that honestly, yes gameplay is cool, just got a bit of a grudge on the fact the presentation dropped sharply. Also the stylization of the hud while it looks pretty ok, i have to say it is a bit more redundant than id like for a bayo game

From 2 to 3, Bayonetta got:
1. Less sassy
2. Less fun with the combat (she just doesn't feel like she enjoys it, not talking the gameplay itself)
3. Less... Character, if that even possible
4. No kid sidekick
5. Minimum interactions
6. No panther or raven within
7. At least the combat looks and feels better
It's probably in part the change of voice actress. The only thing I can refute is that the "kid sidekick" this time is Viola. Notice how in each game her sidekicks get older and older, alluding to Bayonetta having a motherly side. You can access panther/crow within by equiping Scarborough Fair or Love is Blue in the third game. You have to buy those first in Rodin's shop.

@@danieldsantiagorodriguez4955 it’s actually because the Bayonetta in 3 isn’t the Bayonetta from 1 and 2. The Bayonetta we play as in 3 is the little Cereza from the first game.
I mean I hated honestly every second of 3 until the very end where our Bayonetta shows up. The crazy part is Jennifer hale can do Bayonetta justice, she was just given an alternate timeline version of bayo and not enough time as our Bayonetta from the first two. When she said “you didn’t cry while I was gone did you” I was jumping up and down I hope Jennifer will be able to have a full game as our Bayonetta one day and not little cereza

Like Bayo’s story is always kind of whatever, it’s really the gameplay I’m playing it for and holy hell did Bayo 3 deliver. I was a bit hesitant at first because of how different combat is in 3, and it does take some getting used to, but it just feels so fun and representative of what Bayo can actually do as seen in cutscenes. Honestly it’s the first Bayo game I’ve felt like replaying for medals/ completion etc just cos the gameplay is so fun for me. Though I get it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Idk there’s just something about being able to actually use demons as part of combat/ world traversal that really seals the deal for me and makes it hard for me to back to 1 & 2 lol

bayonetta 2 is a much shorter and have less content but enemy designs and cutscenes story wise its better, bayonetta 3 have more content to do , there are a lot of new mechanics and gameplaywise its so much better, but storywise its less appealing (but not as bad as people exaggrate tbh i think its still pretty solid)
in bayo 3 you can change weapons accessories and demon slaves as you want to so replaying the chapters is nicer too as you can try a lot of styles to go with
1 and 2 ! Forget about 3 !

Christ, the textures on the enviroment took a nose dive. Almost everything except the character model look like PS2 graphics. The switch is a fucking joke, lets hope bayo 4 goes back to xbox and playstation.
then you’ll be waiting forever. Nintendo picked up the rights to publish the 2nd game when Sony and microsoft abandoned it. It’s a Nintendo exclusive and the creator is thankfull for them as he got to creat 2 more games so whenever Nintendo ask for a new Bayo game it will most likely be on their next system.

Dunno man after seeing this the lag issues B3 has turn me off. Graphically B3 is a shame (avg nintendo game). The fancy music isn't there anymore and it was so fkn funny to listen that music while smashing demons and angels.

@@andreatoppi5627 the map maybe smaller but the lack of interaction between each characters in bayonetta 3 compare to the past like revolution also the mood of bayonetta In past more crazier,hyper and satisfying than now on. Example she brought out all her power to protect loki led her exhausted that nearly die then come to part 3 she has the power to beat all the boss in lore really easy but it only happend when a character die
