You're right, I didn't post one about that yet. I will definitely work on putting that together and adding it to the playlist. Thank you so much for asking.

. Hi question I'm getting a tank from local pet store that has a black frame on bottom do I still use the plywood on top of stand ?

Great question. If you have a glass tank and have the plastic frame that helps brace and support the tank on the top and bottom then you could do a more simple finish where the tank rest along the perimeter of the stand. However I would use the plywood to have a solid sturdy surface for the tank to sit on.

@@TheCoralReefTalk From what I understand, you only use the leveling mat with a frameless aquarium but the plywood top is great to help provide an even and level surface for the frame to sit on.

Question! Did you seal the wood with something to waterproof it

Thanks for the question. I used a stain and then two coats of paint. If you wanted to add a deck sealant you could. Thanks for checking out the video.

What size off plywood did you use for front and side

I used quarter inch plywood. Thanks for reaching out. Are you currently working on an Aquarium Stand?

Yes working on 120 gallon first part is finish but having a problem with the door is the first time making a stand

@@hanserflorentino7462 Very nice. For the doors I used the concealed cabinet hinges, there is a special bit that drills the right size hole for the hinge. The construction of the doors are pieces of the one by that I used for the top and bottom lip. They were grooved and connected to a piece of plywood.

@@hanserflorentino7462 you can also simplify the doors by just using plywood and cutting them to the size you need and using a piece thick enough to be flush with the top and bottom lip. How has the building process been so far?
