how to repair inverter , 3kva 24v dc solar inverter

part "1" of solar panel inverter repairing series , this device is hybrid inverter work with solar panels and batteries with capacity 3kva - 2400w 24v with 1500w solar mppt charger , the error code [09] its a common fault in this type of inverter's and its easy to fix if you follow the right method of repairing technics.

So... why did this particular inverter blow it's fets?
I thought these have overload and short-circuit protection...

Do you know what could cause an inverter to fail like this? I have two of these that have had the mosfets blow in the same way. I replace them and they blow again along with the caps on the dc input bus. The caps and mosfets short and the caps explode out the top. There is no short to start with but once it tries to draw the 24v dc it blows.

over load , short circuit ,and if the N terminal at the input and the output are tied together can cause issues like this
