Started this videos on 15th Nov and have only missed one day as was volunteering (but did 8k steps that day!). Just did today's so my 10th session. I have a few saved now for variety. I do like Rocky 😀 though have Joey and one of Leslie too. These are so encouraging and I even did one night without the video while watching TV, just for 11 minutes as I hadn't done it. Just went through the moves. I love how the moves are constantly changing and are only for bursts of time so you don't get bored. It is amazing that in this short time, my resting HR has come back to normal after just a few days. It was getting high as I was doing little activity. My calves in the first video I did were aching with the lactate after only about two minutes but pushed through. I don't get that now - after 10 sessions! These are so helpful and encouraging. My mood has lifted too which I knew would happen; it's just getting started and these are what are helping to do that. I have committed to at least ten minutes every day and have missed just that one. I am usually doing at least 15 to 20 minutes. I now have a routine that when porridge is cooking, as it takes ages, that's when I do my walk. At random times throughout the day, I get a voice in my head saying, Walk! Walk! Walk! 😁😁😁😁😁😁
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. It was challenging enough to break a sweat but not make me feel like I was dying!😂 definitely will incorporate into my routine. Thank you guys so much ❤
I'm not a doctor and I would say to direct this to your pregnancy physician, but it is my understanding that if it's not a high risk pregnancy, this is one of the best exercises you can do while pregnant.
I actually did these work outs before and during my pregnancy with my twins. I showed my OB the videos and she said she's going to recommend them to other patients. Maybe show your OB the video and see what they say. Congratulations on the baby🎉
@@tigisttadesse2922 If you're young, as in under 32ish, healthy, and have no complications that would make for a challenging pregnancy, then physicians usually do advise low impact workouts. Exercise is an important part of a healthy pregnancy and many women keep up with at least some kind of workout until their body tells them to stop. Congratulations, and best of luck!
