This is my second podcast of the day where someone has talked about picking a word for the new year I did it a couple years ago without realizing it was a thing and I personally had a good experience and even though I’m not in the year I sometimes remember. I have had it semi not work out though but it was a journey. I was gonna but my sixth perspective too while I’m at it but this is already tldr length

Omg!! Moment between me and Christina (i'm only just listening to this now), i also decided today to just feed my son when i wake up! I love waking up early since 5 days ago when i started working again after mat leave. I love my hour to myself with my coffee and UA-cam. But he starts whining for food around then because i think he can hear me? Or feel my energy? (we're in an apt)... anyway he starts to whine and wake himself up when i know he has a few more hours in him... so i experimented today with feeding him as soon as i woke up but not waking him... and it worked like a charm! #samebrain #itworksgreat

I think when it comes to views maybe you should also look at your videos from 2 years ago (when you guys had that revival) the views were high etc. Id say it has alot to do with the thumbnails, backgrounds etc.

Please research your sponsors before giving them a platform. Better Help has so many issues with majorly inappropriate things happening by supposed ‘therapists’ on the platform. Promoting this could have a really bad impact on your subscribers who trust your opinions. It doesn’t take much to just check.
Yesss Amy kath and Lauren did so well when the others were on leave. I hope they get more responsibility like leading the podcast episodes. I get why but it just feels like Christina dominates the episodes and pretty much talks the whole time. I wish I could hear the other 4 talk more or lead the podcasts. No hate I just feel like even when the others talk, Christina talks over them and then dominates the convo again...
