Sir mene bhi wipro se 28 may 2022 ko resign kia tha and 31may ko cts join kr li as a fresher. Mere pf portal pr wipro ka exit date 28 june 2022 kr dia h. 28 days ka pf overlap hai. Mujhe wipro ko 10k pay krke reliving letter mil jayega. plz suggest kya karu.
I had notice period of 3 months but I have left the company 20 days before the completion of my notice period due to abroad settlement. Now company is not settling my fnf and pf is on hold because of this. It’s been six months since I left my job and company giving me different kind of reasons for not settling the pf. What should I do to get my FNF settled ASAP?

Hey i joined a company as a fresher and now after 3 months i hate the job. I put in my resignation but they want me to serve a 3 months notice period. I have constant anxiety and stress issues. I have a business idea that i want to expand further. Dont want to do a job in future and want to abscond from this job due to the constant anxiety. Can you please suggest if its the correct thing to do.

@@travescolt7389 As it turns out the company where I was supposed to join in Sept, they waited for the whole 90 days. I have changed my company to some other one anyway
I joined a company and then left it within a week absconding it. And then joined a different company.
But the first company created my PF memeber id and it has made zero contributions.
I now have total 2yrs of experience and now planning to switch as this is going to be my first switch.
Will two member id's create any issue.

Hi brother I have absonded from the company, and pf contributions are maded by the employer can we mark the exit date after two months.
In that pf account only it is showing Closing Balance as on 31/03/2024 it means from that month I will get the PF or not

I made it to 15 days thanks to my team lead. He understood the situation and gave my early release.
I have not signed any bond in a company and leaves 2 months from a company and they processed my resignation as absconding. Will it safe for future ?

It won't create any problem until and unless you've another offer letter means the next company is totally fine hiring you. I've done the same thing.
Since 2months of experience letter won't matter to anyone so It's upto how you want to cover those 2-3 months.
Sir i resign after 4days of joining now they are saying to pay 2month salary if i won't then they will take a legal action. I have return all the property and meri koi bhi training education nahi huyi thi now they sent me the letter to pay the amount what to do ?

I absconded in sep 2022 but today can I buy out Notice period for take experience letter
I have worked for a company for 1 month but decided to left as the job profile which they promised was different so i decided to abscond i didn't take 1 month salary and i have also not signed the NDA or appointment letter..My problem is that my PF account should not be generated or shown on UAN...when i discussed this issue with HR she said the PF will be created...please help
