Nothing going to happen. If you want to leave the company then leave. And switch to another company. It they dont accept you or if the previous employer Blacklisted you then start a tea shop you will get more money per month than in corporates. Or other option is leave India move to a rich country you will get more salary and you will be settled in life
How to consult you mam ?
mam i join a company and within 7 days i told the hr that there is very toxic environment.i did not want to work bt they give me advice that we will support you but as the days went there is no improvement.After 3 month i decide to resign then hr told me that you have to serve 2 month notice period or 2 month gross salary to get relieve.but i told them i am on probation period and my employment is not yet confirmed then they show me their HR policy that in their probation period there is 2 month notice period and you have to serve it.But i put the resignation mail with 15 days notice and try to get acceptance with politely so many requests.but they denied with very bad behaviour.So i abscond the organsiation on that last working date which i mentioned on resignation letter.can they take action on me.plz suggest

what if company is too toxic that it isn't smoothly allowed to resign
No company can stop you from resigning.. you are not a bonded slave. Just send yoie resignation to your manager or put it in the tool.. keep HR in cc.. tell them that yiu hv resigned on this date, notice period gets over on xyz date and you sgoukd get your rekease letter. No one czn stp u
@@SocialOnion When I approached them they has no morals to give reliving date on good note. Instead they just keep on saying that I have to code all the planned features ( which is a lot of work could take a year ) before leaving. Otherwise I cannot leave.
I understand that the features are required to be completed but why they can't hire someone else for the same & free me. Instead stopping me. & making my resignation a bad experience by all means ?

Hey I have resigned and Abscond from my 1st company to join 2nd company with better package. I have tried asking them for loss pay but they didnt reply. Now Issue arise that my 2nd company has purchased my 1st company and All the letterheads have been changed. They cannot issue Releiving letter or Take Loss pay due to Bank acc and everything old has been closed. In short( They are working under the old brand name but under new leadership) What should I do now and Should I mention 1st company work in my resume??

Mam, I received an offer letter from a big bpo company for work from home job after my interview, but I didn't attend training or start working due to personal reasons. Now, HR says my employee code has been generated. Will this impact my future? I also didn’t complete the address verification.

I have absconded from a company since my vendor was changed internally and they had promised to increase salary but they had not made their promises and I got a good opportunity so I joined the other company but my previous employer is not ready to give experience letter and they are also not giving me the option to buy out notice period . I am worried about what to do with my future BGV selections and bgv process. Please suggest what to do now?

Hi mam, in my company work culture is toxic and I want to leave now. However I have complete bond of 1.5yr. But i dont want to serve notice period nor have a buyout option. They said you will get all certificates after completion of notice period and replacement will be there, but from last december no employee could be hire for my profile. So, if I serve notice period completly still not replacement is there then whats guarantee that I will get my all certificates. Culture of work is not good and it effect my mental health. What can I do in this case. Plz reply if you read this 🙏. I commented on various channels but they cant response. Hope you will respond me.
