    I had joined Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Ltd on 5th November from collage placement as a Sr Client Relationship Officer and suddenly on 11th December our HR came from Bhopal and told that the branch is going to be suspended for next 4 months due to less business and that the branch has been suffering losses from the last 1-2 year and took a resignation letter from all employees and told there is no need to come to office from tomorrow and your salary of 11 days will be processed. We didn't had any prior notice and not any single intimation regarding this. So in such case what action can I take aginst the company

    Sir, my father was suspended from LIC in 2002 ,
    He fought it out. & was found
    non-guilty.
    He worked for over 27yrs .
    He got retired during the process.
    And
    He passed away in 2013 august.
    But LIC didn’t give PF & even my fathers PENSION TO MY mother .
    It’s 10yrs since he passed away.
    Still my mother hasn’t received pension

    Hi sir I had joined a company in Bangalore as contract employee for shell.after interview process I got selected..they forced me to join within 2 days..and some how I joined in 2 days ..on aug 7th i joined .now on aug 25th they emailed me that there is no project is shell and my employement is terminated...pls advice what should I do?I had left my perment job and joined here..now I am unemployed

    During suspension salary is half .During suspension if anyone resign then calculation of gratuity is calculated on half salary and full salary

    Sir mere sath aisa hua ki mera ZTP kiya pr muze advance salay nhi diya aur na hi warning letters.diye gaye aur at time of exit mere HR ne kaha ki hum aapka ZTP nhi karege aur Aapka 1 day resignation accept karenege toh mene signature kr diya aur ab 1.5 year k baad frequently mail krne k baad unhone relieving letter diya n us pr ZTP mention kiya.
    toh ab me kya kar sakati hu?

    Sir, if the salary dues are pending from July 2019 and covid lockdown was announced in March 2020.Then insolvency was announced in 05.05.2020. RP announced lay off without any time bound.Later liquidation announced in 17.02.202. Our salary dues are beyond 24 months which is admitted in. 53.1.F of IBC.Can we claim lay off salary and the pending salary dues on priority. Also, are we eligible for accured leave encashment due to liquidation. Can I have some points of suggestions under IBC how to claim.

    Sir, I have been suffering from severe diseases like bone oedema, Left hip surgery and post surgery, Spongletyiz, Gastritis. Salary had given last month. This month local hr communicate through what's up asked me to resign else you will terminate call even doctor advised. certified . I had a service greater than 11yrs as a senior manager.     Sir In case of Slump sale as going concern of a plant or portion of it, Is the buyer is bound to take its regular workmen on permanent absorption if not retrenched. In our case they are providing only fixed term Operation and maintenance contract/deputation. What to do? The deal is between a PSU and Indian Railways( buyer). Plz advice soon

    I was working in Lenskart, aur lenskart apne eyeglasses pe 1 saal ki warranty deti hai kuch bhi exchange karwa sakte hai. Agar Customer ko koi issue aata hai to wo exchange karwa sakta hai, ek baar maine bhi Lenskart se eyeglass order kia aur unme dikkat aayi to maine exchange order kia apne liye but Lenskart kya karti hai agar online aap exchange karte ho to purana wala product wapis nhi lete and ye process tab se hai jab se maine join Kia hai but ab is basis pe mujhe inhone terminate kar dia ki main apne liy exchange order banake company ko loss Kara rha hun. Mujhe experience letter nhi mil rha hai and mere carrier pe dhabba lag gya. Please help.

    My company is not having the projects and they put some employees on bench.actually the policy is to be they have to given two chances of assign the project after rejecting the chances they have to terminate the employee.
    But they were not given any chances and they discuss about the garden leave that we didn't know about that how it's work.and they forcefully resign us .

    Sir, my company terminated me in 30th July, without a single day notice or show cause or did not allow me any opportunity to prove myself. They showed me just one reason for termination. They informed me, that I have submitted a fabricated hotel bill, during my joining. I was doing a job as an engineer in an M.N.C. Tenure 6 months.
    I am the only earning member of my family. My senior citizen parents and my wife are completely dependent on me. Also I have a huge amount of personal loan EMI per month. They also made me relocate from my home city to Pune. Now suddenly without a job, I am destroyed. My life has changed. Don't know what to do, how to manage. Please support.

    1. can a central govt organised group A officer file a case in CAT for delay in promotion if he has completed the residency period but posts are not vacant?

    "If employees leave before 1 years we deducted rs 10000 from FNF" conditions written in appointments letter...so this condition is valid as per contract act...i thought this condition is void ab initio... which is unlawful, againt public policy ,as per contract act.. provisions of essential of valid contract and overruling employees right...

    I was forced and manupulated to sign a NDA for a year after 2 months of joining which also had a clause of fine 30000 if i breach the NDA.
    But they promised if someone have a genuine reason it would be waived off. I only had 7 days left for my NDA.
    They never paid on time and i didnt received my salary for june and july. Then i decided to pursue my higher studies so i resigned. So now they are asking for a fine of 30000 and didnt paid me a single penny.
    Though,it was a genuine reason they are not paying me.

    मैं सहारा इंडिया एवम सहारा क्रेडिट कॉपरेटिव सोसायटी का नियमित 20 जनवरी 1995 से कर्मचारी हूं मुझे 2020 सैलरी लगातार नही दी गई फ़िर भी मैंने पूरी ईमानदारी मेहनत और लगन से कंपनी मैने दिसंबर 2022 तक महेवपूर्णे पदो पर कार्य करके सेवाए दी समय पर वेतन नहीं मिलने से मेरी पारिवारिक, आर्थिक मानसिक स्थिति बिगड़ ती गई परिवार चलाने ब बच्चों की शिक्षा मैं खर्च कार्यालय में जाना कम कर इस कारण से मुझे unathorised absence करके मूझे दिनांक 21-4-2023 को बिना कोई जानकारी दिए टर्मिनेट कर दिया गया। अब मुझे किया करना चाहिए कृपा करके मुझे मार्गदर्शन दे।

    Am having one doubt. I signed bond(its not a stamp paper )for one year on the offer letter/appointment letter stating if i did not serve notice period for two months and if i leave or abscond with in 1 year the company, am liable to pay the salary amount for remaining times as per bond. What happens if i leave or abscond job

    Mai bank me job karti hu but bank ne mera 6 month purana
    55000/- ka incentive nahi diya ,jabki offer letter me aisi koyi condition nahi likhi thi

    Sir mai 5 month company m kam kiya aur ab mai padhayi krna chahta hu aur company boli ki aap 3 month notice period complete kriye but mai apni padhayi k liye job chhor diya bina resign latter diye ab company mujhe latter send kr rhi h aur bol rhi h waps aane k liye but mai nhi jana chahta kya mere upr police case ya mere upr amount charge lgega plz sir meri help kriye plz

    Sir mere 2nd last company me date of relieving 6 Sep 2019 ka hai & last company walo ne joining date 6Sep2019 ki bana di hai aur maine company bhi chhor di hai.Ab kahi bhi job k liye jati hu selection k bad bhi company joining process hold kar deti hai.Aur last company correction karne se mana kar rahe hai.Please reply 🙏

    Sir employee ko offer letter me likha hai ki management ye right rkha H ki kisi ki bhi kbhi bhi nikal skte H ya rkh skte H aur employee k upar koi charges bhi na ho aur employee ko permanent krne k baad every year increment diya gya H iske baad vo 3 month ka cheque dekar nikal de to is par Aapki Advice kya H?
    Ye matter ek reputated hospital ka H

    Sir ji in my Case company terminated without intimation compensation given as per govt law I went Honarable Labour Court .proved illegal termination but management went Honarable High Court my doubt High court Will change Judgment whatever I proved illegal termination andHonarable court ordered five lack rupees comensation .more than three years no improve ment in Bangalore High Court any suggestion from your side Sir
