Good to know
If some emergency case we exit the country without informing the employer and the employer they register the absconding how the employee can clear the absconding from outside the country
Not to mention , in case the employer was abusing his right for filing absconding, and the complaint proved for just revenge or fake claim against employee , a fine of 20k would be imposed on the employer .
One common case as well, sometime the employee did submit his resignation already or, has some communications indicating that the employer is already aware about his departure then , the employee can cone back and surrender him/her self to the authority and make objection to the absconding proving the knowledge of the employer.

My throw me out of the house and went to the police and report that I run away, which was not true, he took my Emirates ID and my passport, and put up absconding on me.

Can you help me please with some information about the ban in uae. I never been a resident in uae I just visit Dubai several times with tourist visa and in 2015 the immigration and security people refused me to enter the country and they scanned my eyes 👀 and I still don’t what was the reason and how can I fix this problem because I wants to travel to uae for some business
Meaning you have life time ban. No use for asking here . My advice is to contact typing centers and collect the PRO numbers, contact them.
My 10 stuffs came on visit visa 2years ago but they didn’t go back. Now they want to reduce fine and get legal visa.
Hello Mam,
I was absconded last year in October by my company because I didn't leave the country after my Visa was cancelled. So I've been calling my company to plead with them to remove it and they kept telling me it is under processing and yesterday I called them and they told me to go to immigration and they will remove it. Is it possible that if I go to immigration it will be removed and I can pay my fines and do a new Visa for myself? Or will I be arrested?

Madam, my mother was taken a housemade visa and spent life with us in Dubai in 2006 - 2010. she never worked with sponsors' houses. after some time sponsor asked for more money all of sudden. we failed to pay the money that he asked for. And he made my mother, black list, and her eyes scan was taken. But in 2018 my mother came to Dubai on a one-month visit visa. There were no issues and she spent one month with us and left Dubai. Today she also came to Dubai on a visit visa. today all of sudden the immigration deport her. she is 72 years old. she has no one in Sri Lanka. we want only to take care of her for few months in this pandemic. What is the reason behind in 2018 she can come and today they stopped? one very professional immigration officer, who came to his duty later this incident met my mother at the airport and said, this is a very sad situation which not supposed to happen. this officer was looked into the scene in a more humanizing way. he said ask your son to go to aweer immigration and request them to remove the eyes from the system so that you can come any time. please tell me what is it possible to do?
