If in the HR round I disclose about both the abscond then the HR may not select us in the HR round only . Am I correct? Or there is a possibility for selection in the HR round

Not an issue as a fresher they can do that but they may face issue in next company if pf account is there for both the company and in bgc they will get to know

1st thing current company is not authorized to add the experience of previous job.If they are providing experience letter they will add experience or duration you worked in that company only.See to get the experience you need to show the releving letter of that company no other document will help here.

If your new hr is ok with the absconding case and still they are ready to hire you tgen go ahead and if you did not informed and you have already received offer keep silent if they get to know then tell them some story of accident or medical illness

My query is when I switch to next company in future and while doing bgv how it will affect, I am worried that either HR or manager may give negative feedback to the future employer because of this.
And who will get the reference check email and in that email there will be a column called "Eligibility to Rehire" and I am afraid they might give "No" to that column.

Hi aahwin in most of the company if people revoke their resignation they cannot resign for 1 year.so afyer that period you can resign and regarding your bgv the new company will look for your employment record they will not deep dive into your all detail what feedback they gave.many managers give negetive feedback but it really doesnot affect.if you have the skillset and you are selected in a company they will hire you by any mean and for reference try to have rapport with some colleagues whom you want to add reference.

If you want to join nd company you can abscond from here but remember you cannot leave the 2nd company because as you are absconding no company will hire you after this 2nd company.

Hello sir, I have joined a company 2 months backs and in the last week I have texted my TL that I don't want to continue this job as I am getting health issues and soon I have joined another company. Now the problem is my previous company has sent me a warning email stating"you have been marked as NCNS and unauthorized absence is a serious misconduct, which warrants disciplinary action. You are requested to report to work immediately ,failing which we will be constrained to further action as per our code of conduct". Now what shall I do sir. Right now even if you pay the money for reliving letter it will definitely overlap with your current company which is not of any use.You should have formally resigned over the mail so they would have the records. You have two options
1.You can either ignore there mail and concentrate working on current company or 2.Have a discussion with last company convince them.if you can get the RL before the joining date of new company and tell tgem you are ready to pay the buyout amount

You cannot join anywhere as fresher, if you want to get the experience you need relieving letter.Go for negotiations with that company even if they want penalty pay the amount to get the letter.

See if you don't have the pf account there you can abscond but if you go to new company absconding the current job may be in future you may face problem. So ask them for buyout resignation or show them any vague medical certificate to shortfall NP.Still they don't agree then you have to serve NP tell this to your new hr

I worked for a company A for around 3 years. After 2.10 months new manager joined, I was not at good note with him. I dropped my paper , he started harassing me, demoted me, the office environment became very unfavourable for me.
I decided to submit laptop, talked to senior manager and he released me from the process.
After that I was suppose to visit office campus and swipe out swipe in daily for 9 hours. I found this time waste. I started giving interviews.
total 3 days I served my notice period and I have resignation acceptance mail as well from manager and HR .
I have exit document as discharge letter from the company, I had to pay salary recovery as pert of LOP for not serving notice period.
I got selected now, just worried will my BGV fail or pass ?
My BHR said he did not receive application for BGV. There is some other team.
First of all for any experience consideration the company will ask for following documents..
1 offer letter
2 Relieving letter /resignationacceptence can be submitted in the time of joining but RL is the main doc
3bank statement or pay slip for last 3 months. If you have all these there will be no issue. But if you cannot give these then there will be problem. Now bgc team or hr will reachoit to you if anything is missing during bgc. If you have not received any call then you passed the bgc. So the waiting perion may be 2 months mac
yes, BHR does not verify, big companies are just worried if you have cleared their dues, As I had cleared, My BGV was successful.@@sickularism_official

In that case talk to your new company hr..ask tgem if it is ok to join there. The reason why iam saying beacuse if you abscond and if they get to know about infosys they will ask you and may terminate you.so better to inform them

My HR told me that if I resign in probation period then still I have to serve notice period of 3 months. So will I get experience letter of those 3 months? And can I abscond in this case? I never suggest anyone to abscond, thr reason is simple if you abscond then you are betraying your current company.So in this case always follow proper resignation even if you work there for 1 month.

How to check my pf account is creation is in progress or not as i have left one startup in 10 day with proper resignation and LWD and i also checked my pf portal there is no account but salary credited as per the salary structure so pf account will be created in furture ?
If they officially get to know about your exit,they wont proceed but if you received the salary it will be created because company will contribute their part of pf so they must have created your pf or will create

Ok remove that experience and no company will be aware of this company until and unless you tell them,they only get to know about experience from pf account and you said this company has not created so dont worry

Did they paid any ammout to you if not remain silent. If they again come up eith any legal notice reach out to a lawyer and try to get a fake health certificate and use it as a proof that you where not able to work due to health issue that is why you left
Ok, as you have violeted the policy the company may take action but in most cases companies dont run behind every employee to take legal action so in show cause you can reply that due to serious medical issue you left and fir safer side get a medical certificate

Hi sir,recently i got offer from tcs.i have total 3 years of experience.i have 3 years gap from btech passout year to my first job.i have submitted gap affidavit also.in 2018 i have worked for one small company and absconded.i have pf account for 4 months .but I haven’t disclosed the 4 months job.is there any problem
See tcs basically followna rule where candidates with more than 2 years of gap are not considered but they considered you and also if that 4 months company is the first job then you have done the right thing but here the problem is they may get to know about your absconding case through pan details. So right now dont say anything. If they adk then tell them the reason why you left

See if you have resigned follow the proper exit process and mention this to hr that you are serving notice period so they cannot abscond just like that. If you have the proof that they have mentioned about wfh anywhere escalate it to the manager of the hr

Yes even if you work for 1 day salary will be credited.you need to check in epfo portal if pf account is created

Hi sir I joined in a sales company on July 2022 while working in that company I received the offer letter and I attended the first day work in the second company on oct 2022 as I felt that job was not suitable for me I didn't went to that job and I continued to work in my first company and the manager of the second company told me he terminates me after some days I got a call from the second company to pay amount for not serving in the notice period I refused to pay and I didn't get any further calls from them till now. I relived from my first company on Feb 2023 and have reliving letter. Shall I able to join in some other company now?
Do you have any record of PF from 2nd company if yes then you may face problem.it is better to not disclose anything in resume.I am just thinking how you managed to work in 2 companies in a same time

Salery is very low and also medical problems .what is the correct way to escape without paying bond amount.
Apply in other company as fresher do not inform about this job and try to contact he and tell them you cannot work for that company due to medical issue if you can submit the medical certificate they will release you but even if you are asked to pay the 50k pay that and get relieving letter or else new company will get to know you worked there and absconded and your future will be at risk

I had accepted offer lttr of Company and i visited the office for a single time after that i had felt so many prblm cz the location was Mumbai then i informed to hr and i back to my home.then hr said u have to pay 3 months salary..i simply denied this...after one month today i got a msg from that company that i absconded..and they will take further action..

I dont think so, I assume you have not given any docs for pf creation.If you joined new company as fresher it wont create problem

Company ke apne terms and condition hote hai, wo agree nahi karegi.so notice period serve karna hi hoga, nahi to absconded ho jaoge.
Sir I have got a job offer letter but the documentation and BGV will be done later and the joining will be after 2-3 months …..so in this case can I join a other organisation for those 2 months or should I stay jobless for those months ???
If it is confirmed don't go for any other job, if it highly needed you can do part time job in small company where you think you can leave anytime.

In this case I would suggest resign the company properly if you want to switch dont abscond.

1st when you try to join another company they will get to know you left the job and your bgc will be negetive.so you need to convince the hr 1st to hire you then only you may get a job in MNC

Not at all bgc will happen for current company only as you don't have any record in start up just make sure you don't mention it anywhere

Hi I joined a new company, my previous company has 2 months notice period, they consider my 1 month, and asked me to continue as part time with them, I agreed.
But after joining new company It becomes difficult to work as part time with them, but they are forcing that I have to complete the ongoing project. If I resign by mail and give them a handover by mail and quit, in that situation will that company could take any legal process?
