I’d do a similar push/pull/legs split if I was training 6 x week but at 3 times per week full body is better, h t all the muscle groups at a better frequency for growth that way!
hey should i repeat the same exercise in the week or should i do different exercise like if on mon i do pushups should i repeat it further or do another exercise the next following days
Good question man! When you’re new focus on good nutrition and progressing with your workouts, a protein shake after your workout can help with recovery if you are not getting adequate protein through food.

Love the video, would you ever do a push/pull/core split rather than full body each time?

Repeat so you can track progress. Changing exercises is fine but makes it harder to track!
Hey I’m new to training should i drink protein or something before training?
