    TESTIMONIALS
‘Started hitting the moves laid out in these courses the very next class...extremely uplifting to have such a quick improvement in my game’ - Houston, TX
‘I’m the only white belt in the academy doing these moves…I’m suddenly competing at a blue belt and above level…thanks Coach Tom’ - LA, California
‘Some of the best strategies you are going to see for control and submission’ - London, UK
‘The detailed way Prof Tom breaks down his moves into the absolute essentials is just next level for me. This is absolute gold‘ - Sydney, Australia
‘Most of the guys at my Academy, have about 60lbs on me, but since purchasing your ‘Kimura Attack system’ and ’14 days’ everything has changed. I feel much more confident, roll better and the guys on the mat have commented on the same. Thanks, Coach Tom’ - Dallas, TX
‘I know you have your names for your courses, but I’ve renamed them the ‘Zero to hero’ courses, I went from getting constantly owned, to now being completely dominant on the mat in no time at all’ - San Diego, California
‘I use the course material heaps, and just recently put it into action at a local comp, walked away with double gold. No one was more surprised than me! - Miami, Florida
‘As a new white belt, these classes have helped me so much, Prof Tom’s technique, the details, and his attitude. I love how Prof. Tom shows the ‘mistakes people make’ and then shows the correct way of doing things. The only one I have ever seen do this’ - New York, New York
Great videos, great instruction. I just watch them for hours…Melbourne, Australia
‘The instructional saved me big time at a recent comp, my opponent was def more experienced, but that was ok, coz I had Prof Tom’s video in my brain. Nailed it and scored gold’ - Colorado, Denver
‘All of it. Everything you show in your awesome videos are now my ‘go to techniques’. Thanks for your vids Prof, Tom’ - Houston, TX

Walking in that first day was the hardest part of the entire process so far for me. Hard work, I love it and never looked back. I started at age 49 one and a half years ago, and just got my blue belt. It has been a life changing experience for the better for me. Anyone thinking of it, please wait no more, today is the day for you! Peace

First day of BJJ, when it's time to roll in the last 30 mins of class, tell each training partner you roll with that it's your first ever day. Rather than crush you, your training partner will go at 50% pace, and answer your questions that you no doubt will have.
Oh and don't be alarmed the next day with the amount of small bruises on you. Your body adapts pretty quickly.

I did my first BJJ class last week. 35 years old. Was terribly anxious before I went in and had put it off for months beforehand. My first day I was ok as far as nerves. I'd trained since childhood and coached other combat arts/martial arts, so nerves were ok. Started drilling and I legit though I tore my groin about 3 minutes in on a back roll. The head professor to the gym saw it and was so kind taking me to the side and helping me stretch and do a few drills until the pain subsided. Then I was able to finish the class wtih a higher rank the professor partnered me up with. Fell for it ever since going on a year. I'm an older BJJ new guy but I appreciated and continue to appreciate my gym and how everyone is there to help on another, esp those just starting out. They legit care. Makes a big difference.

In the beginning God created Heaven and Earth. He created humans too to have a relationship with Him. That's our purpose as humans that have a relationship with God. Sin, however, messed that up because it made us imperfect and imperfect creatures cannot have a relationship with a perfect and holy God. That's why we so oftentimes feel empty, unsatisfied and unaccomplished because we're not in relationship with the God we were created to be in a relationship with. But that's where Jesus comes in. Jesus is God's son and He came down to earth in human form to live the same life we do yet unlike us He never sinned. Jesus is perfect. Yet despite the fact He is perfect He died on the cross for our sins and sacrifice Himself for us. The punishment for our sins is death but because Jesus took that punishment for us if we put our faith in Him and receive Him as Lord and savior we can be reconciled to God and be restored to that relationship we were created to have. And we can be sure that Jesus is the Son of God because on the 3rd day God raised Him from the dead and in that He defeated death and the grave, proving that He can do the same for us if we put our faith in trust in Him. That's how you get to Heaven. That's how you become full in your heart. That's how you become reconciled to the God who created you.
