What uve achieved is amazing n u were lucky that u had a good coch too .
The boxer u fought later on was trying to punch with all his power .. n u on the other hand didn't had that much power ( due to short training time I.e a month ) ... Do not give up boxing bro ... after one year , go n spar the same guy .. and punch him with all your power ..
What do u think is the diff between an average guy n a boxer

I just started training Muay Thai in February. It's insane how quickly you can go from not being able to throw a straight punch to being a decent amateur. The hardest part is starting, but once you do it's a ton of fun. Just watch out for McDojos.

I'm a KSI fan, but to see the emotional struggle Logan Paul went through after getting beat in the spar just goes to show the amount of dedication he puts into his fights... mad respect (edit: he also survived 8 rounds against Mayweather too)
Fax, I get humans like teams it's been like this for generations UK vs us, ksi vs Logan. But I never understood the hate. Logan and jake were just very misunderstood individuals. Most people hate without knowing them and that's factual

Dude you somehow popped up on my feed. Great video and kudos for doing this. You're an exceptional storyteller. Loved the Paul clip mid spar when you turned things around. For the wrist, invest in a Powerball. I had the same issue and it's the only thing that helped. Also, hook with your entire palm facing you (perpendicular to the floor). If it's on an angle it'll put more pressure on the wrist. Hayabusa gloves have by far the best wrist support.

I remember doing a boxing class last year thinking it would be a nice change instead of ninja training and boy was I wrong. So much cardio and felt like My punches were the same level as homer hitting the fly and it flying away after 😂 nice work Ben 👍🏼

@@johannes01 still ninja and calisthenics. been doing spin bike for cardio and possibly jump rope. Yoga has been great though, hoping it will help with injury prevention. My ninja gym doesn’t do boxing classes anymore so I haven’t done one of those since the big lockdown last year in vic. Hope your training is going well too 👍🏼
