Man this is cool seeing what the top pro’s do for training camps. I grew up in boxing and martial arts and I like seeing how the best do things. Next time you do a filming of a strength and conditioning workout can you guys film workout for upper body plyometric work?

My admiration for this guy increased a lot knowing that he listens to “Now We Are Free” before starting the routine.
Man everyday from 8am to 10 pm till he goes to sleep , work out regimen is amazing, damn I can't do half that stuff, well I'm not a fighter , I'm going to try it one day to see if I can hang, don't want to hurt myself but I'm sure I'll be transformed into a walking health machine, that's the goal. Thanks to Ryan Garcias workout regimen it's inspiring for sure. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🏋🏻♀️🏃🏽♂️🚵🏻♂️🧗🤼 Let's go.

As a boxer myself with a 4-0 record I can tell you that this is pure motivation for me. There is no other way to success other than putting in that work 24/7. Hoping one day I can do this full time and can afford to pay for a nutritionist. Good luck champ!
