What a bad ass!! His guitarist’s solo was was…I cant think of words to describe it. Just a great performance by the whole band. There’s nobody like Chris though. Damn! I sure do miss him.
My fav Dust with this band is their performance at Park West (Chicago) during the Spring 1992 tour: archive.org/details/cw1992-04-19.flac (DR is the closing song).
Chris is simply unmatched. Such a loss.
A rare talent. Transcends all artists in my time.

Oh Yeah nice version 🌚✔️@@Kate4ChrisWhitley
There was no musician like him back then; there sure as chit isn't anyone like him now. Thank you, Fate, for introducing me to Chris Whitley
I just loved this whole album/cd, and always will.still resonates today. We lost him too too soon.
I love this man's music. And that guitarist at the end...holy shit man. Those pinch harmonics made my ears hurt. Perfection.
Chris came along with Living with the law in the time of Nirvana and Pearl Jam and got overlooked by most.
the whole album is great
Much Love ‼️
