Alex Hormozi just made his biggest investment to date... into SKOOL!
Skool is a software made by Sam Ovens - it allows you to host what's called a "paid community", which is the exact business model I've been talking about for months.
In this video, I went over how this "new" business model that Alex Hormozi is promoting is your best chance to get rich in 2024.
Id love to see a video on what more can a community provide rather than just the content you post on your main platform. How do you choose what to post and what to put behind a paywall?

it ain't new, just the names part of it are huge like sam ovens and Alex hormozi. skool's just an advanced or I should say a cleaner version for facebook/discord communities while selling your knowledge creating a membership ain't new at all. Iman gadzhi, Alex becker and all these course sellers have been doing it for years.

all these communities were tried by startups a lot in 2020. alex hormozi is about 4 years late. but lets not forget, he is a scammer. so his "e learning" scams along with tai lopez, grant cardone etc will all find a home there.

It’s definitely a good opportunity , but it’s highly misleading that you say that being a growth operator requires no experience or skill. What exactly are you bringing in value for a content creator to pay you thousands per month of their profits if you have no skills? It’s not as simple as just launching a skool community, you have to know how to run communities, engage with the community, create value for the community and package a course or whatever your selling to you’re community, scale it, operations, etc etc. As a beginner in this field you have absolutely no leverage to convince influencers with audience to work with you. Anyone can watch a quick course on how to run a skool community so unless you have other expertise then your bringing no value to the table. My advice is don’t rush into reaching out to influencers and then wonder why no one will partner with you before you actually have delved deep into learning all the necessary skills of running a community.

Great thoughts. However, as someone with little experience who is gonna try and get going on this, I think you’re wrong. Imagine you’re a popular influencer, and you’re making 5-10k/month. Someone comes along and says: hey, FOR FREE (it won’t cost them anything other than a cut of the profits) I will build, run, and maintain a community that is gonna make 10-40k/month profit. All you have to do is film some content for a course, and pop into the community a few times per month. It’s a no brainer! For the content creator to do it themselves it’ll be 10-20 hours/week of extra work, as well as the initial hours to learn everything about Skool.
I’d agree with you if the ask was to charge up front, but my plan, and what Eddie is recommending, is to just split the profits. I’ll be willing to take only 10% if they are worried about the money.

any profit share agreement getting in the way - if you had income you’d hire someone to set
it up / maintain - not give a cut - also the community wouldn’t thrive without input of the creator so they cant just hand the whole thing over without time investment
What about profit share for first 3-months and then handing it over 100% to the creator. At that point they could hire someone new to run the community. And yes the creator will have to interact a few hours/week, but maintaining it would take more time. I understand the flaws in the idea, and that Eddie is selling *his* community, but it seems like a lot of people are having success with it within his community. Even if he is cherry-picking the success stories, if just a few people have been able to do it, then it works. Simple as. @@VideoHero

That comes down to how good you are at sales also how good you are at seduction. You need to be able to make your potential client feel a way in which they need you. Not overly pushy but it’s in the way you speak, the way you present yourself, and the words you use. Become a man of desire

Give them the challenge and see what results they get, the bottom like is that content creator likes making content and hes not gona invest alot of time and effort into setting up that side of the business, he has no experience doing it, they might have no interest in learning at all and thats where you come in, for them its hassle free because they get to keep focusing on making content and we focus on building out the backend for them

That’s only 3mil a year. My business partner pisses that out and has never been on Forbes list lol. Owns 2 insurance claim companies that generate over a qtr billion a year, a Mitsubishi dealership with 200 units, real estate properties, storage facilities, has his own personal jet. Drives a damn Mercedes Maybach as his daily, his SECOND one. Forbes list is based on a whole lot more than just money alone. They consider social impact as well (mainly meaning, does this person employ other people & do they donate to charities, etc)
Most of the independent whales are never on Forbes list, generally only people with corporate ties.
