    Any tips on how to avoid straining/tensing neck a little during this especially the last exercise in the set (swinging dumbbells from low to up to sky), thanx coach as always for amazing videos

    I love the HASfit workouts because I really can't afford a gym membership, these workouts are effective, and I can modify them to accommodate my injury history/orthopedic limitations.

      Have you got one for we banged up old vets who have bad feet and knees? Lunges are excruciating, running is out, and jumpy, hoppy, leapy things are also not an option .

    Definitely felt this in my back which is usually hard for me to feel my muscles fatigue in that area. This kicked my butt but I got through it ! Thanks has fit! 🙌🙌👏

    Coach Kozak could someone put together workout that would cover the bases with 8 to 10 minutes of biceps, triceps back and core, and legs? All the small workout times of 8 to 10

    Hey, second time doing this. When doing the "flips" where you lift and flip the dumbbells, my right shoulder makes crunching/popping noises (not really pain). Any exercise/stretch I can do to alleviate that?
    Side note - would these exercises be good for someone who sits alot all day and has sore/weak(?) upper back/trap/neck? There seems to be conflicting information out there on whether the upper back needs stretching or strengthening.

      Sounds like you may have a little bone on bone rubbing, but if it doesn't hurt, then it shouldn't be an issue.

      I have the exact same issue ie popping noises in my left shoulder but no pain. I do experience pain however in my upper and middle back all the time. I hope your back-workout will alleviate the pain and help strengthen the muscles.

    i feel my upper arms more.. i am positive that my back is way weaker than my arms, so it should not be that.. any "normal" mistakes i am doing to make my arms work more than the intended back?

    Is it okay to do this if I have slight lower back pain and use very light weights?

      Yes you may use very light weights if your lower back is giving you a bit of discomfort but you can also use no weight at all. You can also warm up before the workout as well with our 5 minute routine: ua-cam.com/video/Xm1bxAkgVqk/v-deo.html

    Guys i'm beginner and i'm using 6 kg dumbells and i'm 18. Is that ok ? Because it turns so hard and i'm stopping for 20-30 sec between sets

      Hi Garen, choose a weight that is challenging but that allows you to perform all of the sets and reps with good form. If you need to pause the video, that's ok. Go at your own pace and focus on form.

    Does this work for back fat loss?

      Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat, so working out one area of your body really hard doesn't help to remove fat in that area. We recommend total body HIIT's and a calorie deficit as the fastest way to shed fat all over your body.

      I usually rest between 30 seconds an a minute. :)

      I take no rest, just make sure you take the right weight, don't go too high at first, you still can adjust if you see it's too light for you
