Have you got one for we banged up old vets who have bad feet and knees? Lunges are excruciating, running is out, and jumpy, hoppy, leapy things are also not an option .

Hey, second time doing this. When doing the "flips" where you lift and flip the dumbbells, my right shoulder makes crunching/popping noises (not really pain). Any exercise/stretch I can do to alleviate that? Side note - would these exercises be good for someone who sits alot all day and has sore/weak(?) upper back/trap/neck? There seems to be conflicting information out there on whether the upper back needs stretching or strengthening. Thanks for everything!
Sounds like you may have a little bone on bone rubbing, but if it doesn't hurt, then it shouldn't be an issue. These exercises would be great to strengthen you back and improve posture. For best results, combine it with our posture correction routine: ua-cam.com/video/F9PLnmA8wCg/v-deo.html
I have the exact same issue ie popping noises in my left shoulder but no pain. I do experience pain however in my upper and middle back all the time. I hope your back-workout will alleviate the pain and help strengthen the muscles.
i feel my upper arms more.. i am positive that my back is way weaker than my arms, so it should not be that.. any "normal" mistakes i am doing to make my arms work more than the intended back?

Hi Garen, choose a weight that is challenging but that allows you to perform all of the sets and reps with good form. If you need to pause the video, that's ok. Go at your own pace and focus on form.
Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat, so working out one area of your body really hard doesn't help to remove fat in that area. We recommend total body HIIT's and a calorie deficit as the fastest way to shed fat all over your body.

I usually rest between 30 seconds an a minute. :)
I take no rest, just make sure you take the right weight, don't go too high at first, you still can adjust if you see it's too light for you
