You can put anything in the clay pot. Cooking the ingredients in clay pot sort of massages all the seasoning into the food and also the soft, fluffy rice has a crispy base

Do you speak any other languages besides English and Chinese (not sure if it is mandarin or Cantonese or any of the many many dialects so just grouping it as Chinese)? If so, which language is your favourite language out of the ones, and which one has been easiest to learn for you?
Sorry for all the questions; I love linguistics and find languages very interesting.
We Africans generally speak a minimum of 3 languages i.e colonial (official language e.g. English, French ,etc), national language (e.g. Swahili or Zulu) and an ethnic language (mother tongue).
@@chairman76 Mhmm I didn't wanna assume, I do know two people from South Africa who speaks three languages. Africaans, English, and both of them speak some other local language as well. But was not sure if that is the case for like Africa as a whole, or if that was specific to South Africa. Not to mention I do not know the nationality of the creator.

The chicken and coconut soup have a lot of health benefits. I often have this soup at home. If you putting slices of fish inside the soup make sure don’t overcook it’s because it might turn rubbery. It only take a few seconds to cook. The fish skin salad with black vinegar dressing is one of my favourite. Glad you like the food. Hope you are enjoying your time in Shenzhen. Take care! Cheers!
