In this video I show you how to change an Ac pump and some tips on how to do it cheaper.
Thanks you, I just purchased a Toyota pickup truck and I could find the high and low AC lines. And now I got some cold AC for this summer heat
Awesome glad my video could help.
Shade tree mechanic...thanks for the tips...nice family
I have the 3.0 V 6 Engine in my 1992 Toyota SR5/ 4 WD and your video shows 2200r or 2200 re….WILL THE KIA COMPRESSOR work on my year truck??? Also my truck has R34 coolant..
Will the same thing work on a 3zve mines in California 1999 3.0 3zve can I do this exact thing you explained in this video?
Hi, I have same truck model and year as your im trying to refill the a/c, im following all the steps on your video but i can’t find the Lower temperature hose I don’t know what to do.
Probably best to take it to a mechanic.
I have an 86 four-wheel-drive 130 3000 original miles with air-conditioning and I’m going to replace the compressor well I need to pull a vacuum
This came across my recommended videos. Your daughter compared to now they grow so fast.
Yes they do
You’re a good person with a great attitude. Thanks a lot!
Thank you and you're welcome
Quick question
Where is the ac relay located and How would I bypass the ac relay to engage the compressor clutch so I can refill with freon?
Lawrence, your videos are calm and make stuff sound easy..
I just attempted to install a cold air intake after your video where you pointed the filter down so it'd get cold air, and I broke my throttle position sensor.
You almost made me convince to take off my truck's bed once myself since it looked super easy. but not anymore man.. I am not doing this compressor replacement myself :D :D lol...
I dont know if I should like you or hate you :D
+AWS Like a PRO! Lol I honestly feel bad and I'm sorry for your down falls. Your not alone I have many things go wrong as well and it eats up time and money but I strive on and continue to learn and grow with each experience good luck on your future projects.
Lawrence Duarte All good man don't feel bad :) It was just one of those moments where I asked myself why am I even dealing with this truck lol
+AWS Like a PRO! Lol indeed I know that feeling as well with my current truck
Great detailed video,,!
Thank you Juan
Could you make a video on how the ac hooks up all together?
Is that really all the refrigerant it needs? Only 12oz?
No it holds 36 I think. Don't quote me. You can tell by using the gauge
Learned something new as always! Can't wait to have some type of project myself and hopefully help people the same way!
Great tip on the sportage compressor ... definitley more Kia at the junk yard than Toyota :)
How did you swap the wire?
as many good videos and tips u show u should be certified keep up the vids cause u show alot of great stuff!!!!!!
@spanner411 Yes of course I do understand that and thank you for sharing I did forget to mention that. I didn't do it and my Ac works great thank you for watching.
Keep it going man! Can't wait to meet you at a show ........
Good video, helped us on our fixer upper, thanks
+Jenny Black your welcome glad it could help
you got the ac compressor from a kia SPortage!????
+CityHunt3R911 yes I did
Great video! Your little girl is adorable btw.
Thank you very much
Lawrence Duarte hey man what if i have an 85 pickup with only heat and hot air blows when a/c is on. just add freon or is that quick valve attachment only on the 86 or later?
Should be a standard size to fit all. And yeah just add freeon if it quits again soon it has a leak in the system.
+Lawrence Duarte I have a 94 toyota pickup and everytime I push the button that activates the AC (with the dial turned on or to the right) it makes a loud fckn noise, sounds like somethings grinding. The AC still works though. have any idea how to fix this?
You got me on that one really only thing I would guess is that compressor is going bad but I really don't know
