Love this guy. Just recently found Mind Pump. As a 53yr old female who is tall and slim and who spends two hour every day doing pilates, yoga and barre and walking just to maintain my 2000 calorie diet. I’m tired. I’ve just recently started strength training two days a week and only doing ONE class on the other days and I’ve added 200 calories to my diet. I’ve gained 5lbs so far, but I’m trusting the process and hoping to build muscle. Work smarter not harder, right? 140 grams of protein a day, that’s never been a problem for me.

I love the way Sal stands his ground. He believes what he believe and isn’t shy to voice it! 😊

Isn't Goat Milk more easily digested by humans or closer to breast milk?
How did we decide on cow milk?

This was a fantastic and well-flowing conversation with such a great topic range.
Only thing I question is counting collagen as a protein. I just finished Gabrielle Lyons new book and this was addressed. It’s not a complete protein.
Anyway, I’d love to hear him address this.
    Thanks so much!

Many shakes can be less calories….if it’s protein only…..smoothies are where all the unneeded calories are. If you’re making a 1000 calorie shake, you’re getting what you deserve 😅

I’m sorry, I don’t think this guy knows what he’s talking about. Especially when he’s talking about sauna and fasting. It goes against so many other experts and so many studies that are out there.

What is he talking about it. Ive been a vegan for 10 years and its easy to follow. Just eat fresh fruit and veggies…. Stay away from processed foods. That simple, and for god sack cook your own food. Oh and take a B12 tablet once a week.

He said it right, some people just can't be vegan, and some people can. My father was a vegan. My father's sister was an avid meat eater.
Both of them died of the same type of cancer.

@@bvar3759 we can and should all be vegan, for ourselves, the animals and the planet.

@@marcusryder95 Oh, my God. You can't even imagine the terrible consequences for those vegans who, because of their genetics, simply need to eat meat. People are all different! You can't change genetics.

@@marcusryder95 Vegans usually don't know what to say when it comes to genetics. So after the topic of "genetics" they just start calling names. It's the only thing they can do. Eating too much fiber causes aggression.
