The way some of those are so close sounding is uncanny. Also the crispness and the way the orchestral stuff sounds its almost as if it were polished and part of ocean eyes like some other songs, very nice 👌🏻
Found you on r/owlcity, came here to say this sounds amazing. One of my favorite things is a faithful cover. This sounds so close to the original in a way that is just pure nostalgia and bliss. My second favorite thing is a cover adding their own flare to the song. This is done wonderfully here, too. Really appreciate you making and posting this.
my incredibly strict tidiness comes from the deep frustration of opening 10 year old projects and not knowing what anything is, it's sickeningly easy to have messy projects in FL lol. and the color scheme i totally stole from adam so ya got me there
@@skyline_avenue_music the trick is to organize it from the start. i have my default template set up already, so if i have to come back to the project in a year or something i already know which pattern is which etc
This is super impressive! The synth tones match up perfectly. I like the slight differences in the mix though, like the airy string synth being more forward. How did you do this? Was it all by ear?
