Thank you. I've just finished a shell stitch baby blanket and in order to add a border, I needed to flatten out the final shell row. You are and excellent instructor. Once again thank you for sharing your talents with us.
I love your color choice on the grey and red blanket, Also the tutorial is fantastic and i think i will enjoy doing this border as much as i have enjoyed doing this stitch!!!!
Hi Jonna! Thanks so much for your all your knitting tips😊 my blanket is like a giant square and at first I didn't know what to do as far as a border goes but thanks to you I know feel like "I've got this 😊 Thank you😘
Good morning Jonna I like to say that I finish my blanket and I love it. I finish my blanket with slip stitch, It look beautiful it bring out the lass shell all around on the blanket. Love your Tutorials . Muchas Gracias.
Is there any way to do a thin edge for a square blanket, like maybe single crochets all the way around? In other words, an edge that will somewhat retain that scalloped shape, but add as a border to finish off the design. I attempted single crochet all around, adding two stitches at each corner but it puckered on the sides. I'm pretty new so am having trouble figuring it out or finding videos that help. All videos are for adding shells, or finishing with straight edges. Thanks in advance.
You are so kind. Yes! My written pattern on my shells of one color blankets also included this straight edge pattern. My Etsy and Ravelry shops are 25% right now! For a couple more days. Etsy: JonnaMartinezCrochet Thank you for watching and commenting!

Just found your tourital for the edging but is rippling instead of laying flat watched the tourital several times to make sure I was doing it correct I tried using a smaller size hook did I same thing also with a bigger hook was doing the edging for the square one.I need help.
I would say if it’s rippling you have too many stitches someplace. That’s the only think I can think of. I’m sorry it’s not working out for you. You can try doing less stitches, skipping some. Thank you for watching.

Joyce, I know you posted this a long while ago, but I wanted to let you know you can slow down the speed of a video. In the right hand corner of the video, there are three vertical dots. Click on that and you'll find playback speed. I set mine to 50% if I'm learning something new.
