    I’ve watched so many videos trying to learn how to do this. This is by far the best one I’ve seen for a beginner. Thank you for sharing all of the detail and tips to make this turn out successfully.

    I love this tip to avoid lump. What I do to avoid lump in mine is to mix the flour in cold water to form a paste and pour the paste into little water in the pot. It never get a lumps

      This is a great 👍 tip as well. I use to do this for one of the swallo called “eko” where you use pap flour. I am certain it will work for this as well. Thanks for sharing.

    This looks incredible - the process is so interesting! I absolutely LOVE sweet potatoes and yams. My parents were from Ireland so we were potato people. Like I probably had rice at home no more than 10 times in my entire childhood. Everything was "spuds" as the Irish call potatoes. My aunt however loved yams and sweet potatoes and I would be so happy when she'd make them for me!. I am inspired by your love and care in this recipe. It looks just lovely! XoXo

      @@Veeluvstocook Awww my sweet love! Yes lol...it's all about spuds with the Irish. Like really it's the only name they use. I'm glad you like the name and will use it should you so desire. 💗

    Once made, how long or how many days can you keep the ponded yam?

    • @Veeluvstocook
      @Veeluvstocook  2 роки тому +1

      For me, it is best you eat it same day. You can definitely store in fridge but if I think of the “long “to warm it all up again. I will settle for making new one everytime I need it
