Woah! Thank you sis. I really feel for our foremothers, what they had to go through, pounding yam and most especially for the husbands who loved to eat pounded yam everyday
This has been on my watchlist over a month, I just decided to watch it tonight. If I had known I would have watch it earlier. You're the best and thanks for sharing with us. God bless you enormously for me
I have seen this on your Facebook before, but just can't get enough of it. You save a lot of people life with those two methods of pounded yam. Thanks a lot. I was moved to leave a comment today.
Am in love with the first method. I just blended, pour in the pot, on a low heat, I allow it to form before using the spatula to stir. It comes out very nice ....
We appreciate you a lot for sharing these two methods, they are a life saver. The second method feels so easy. The heat and food processor does all the work.
This is really interesting. Smart ways of making pounded yam. They are even easier than pounding. I think the second method is much easier 😀👍. After boiling, you just throw into the food processor. Fantastic. Thanks for sharing
I love the both methods you used sis and are awesome. No time to be pounding for hours and 😓 I feel like bringing some hot okra soup to do justice to this pounded yam🤩
Hmm I really love the first method. Its will be perfect for when I get lazy to clean my food processor 😆. Both method are win win for me smooth to the touch👌
For those of you in the obodo oyibo, this is perfect because it best serves husband wife and toddlers /young children,. When it comes to the large Nigerian family setting it won't work. Lost my food processor, running it for 2 and 3 sections of pounded yam.
With this, no need to buy dry yam flour anymore! I have always wondered what they add into those packed yam flours anyway.... Thanks Rosy! You may just have reinvented how to make healthy powdered yam👍
Very well done 👍 Ma. My question is Method one is firm like powdered yam flour while Method 2 is viscous in consistency like the real pounded 🍠 yam. Please correct me if am wrong
What a great tutorial. I really like the way you started the preparation and it end great. The two method look easy going to give a try. Thank for sharing. Have been looking for video for so long.now have get a great idea.
