Hi @Mr GCC, I saw almost all your videos and made the courage to try to do this by myself but there is one thing that I didn't get right. How can you make a clean drill hole for the door handle light? You drill it from the inside out?

Im fitting a kit to my audi q5 but my door only has permanent live pins. Is there a way around that without having to run a switched live from somewhere else into the door?

It’s fine to use constant lives in the door you need to make sure the main module is connected to ignition power. Doors is better if you use constant power they won’t come on unless the main box commands it to.
