- I -CLUTCHED- the 1:17. Early and midgame was bordering on average to bad, then I popped off for Beacon 3-Fold. First Any% PB using the new cutscene bypass and a LOT of new strats we've worked out over the last year. Very proud but not done by any means.

Q: What's with the skip at the beginning of BT?
A: We recently passed a rule in the Titanfall 2 Speedrun Community that allows loading a standardized save to skip the long cutscene near the beginning of the game's second level. The time that is "skipped" is automatically added back into the timer via an integration developed by Fzzy.
this game is the reason i will never put an unskippable cutscene in any games I develop in the future
Ahhh ok. So this is why there is a time diference between the youtube video timer and your own timer. Thx for clarification, and GG for your run !!!
Kingdom Hearts should look at this too with their long unskippable cutscenes

I really want to see how titanfall speedrunners do in normal multiplayer matches.
Well I mean alot of this movement is all routed to a certain degree, so I am not sure if speed transfers over to the online portion, at least to the same degree.
