It also depends on the length of your legs as well, if a short and long person person start running on a same a pace after a few secs longer one will reach more far distance from short one

I just started running 5km daily. My target is to finish i under 19mins. At day 1 i finished under 40 mins. After day 4 i finished under 30mins.
At some point you won't progress by just running 5km, you will have to introduce fartlek training and exercises to strength legs and core✌️
