at this recording my ticks per second is at 30 , i would recommend to reduce them to be reduced to 20 minus the menus set the fps to 60 .

yes . actually the game's ui has been significantly reduced on its last patch a couple of years agp. a thing a lot people never noticed . the only critic on that update is that it still does not resemble the orginal layout of the psx version. Memoria now does that to make it look like that and even move elements and resize them in battle.
I wish i can control.all these characters in real FF9
