How
@@gyrozeppeli7813 I don’t understand what you’re questioning, ngl
I would like to be wrecked sideways by Beatrix haha. Beautiful lady
Makes you wish you could pull off the trick to beating unbeatable bosses like Gogo in FFV
first ff I played. man this game opened my eyes to how deep games can get, how well you can develop characters
FF7 back in 1997 was mine, my friend had borrowed it from his friend and I was mesmerized just how big and playable it was, then it was the music...been into Final Fantasy ever since...
Ff9 was my first as well still play it on a regular especially now with the 3 times speed haha
My first one was 10 in 2002 or 2003.
@@Livingtree32 exactly same for me !
@@joeybrideau4124 Didn't you write it was 9 one month ago? 🤔
Saw the title and immediately thought of Grand Dragons and Cotton Robes.
Spent my childhood inside the FF9 world - you are bringing back some great memories.
haha yea 2 awesome little tricks, shame people dont realise just how OP an early quale fight really makes you
@@Primalliquid92 Even growing up people knew this stuff about 9 though. Mostly because 9 had the easiest things to find at this point. Great work man, 9 just..... Is way too easy to get OP early. THE ONLY one that is infinitely easier imo is FF8. Fucking junction system lol
@@2b_or_not_2b_4gotten In reference to what game? Thoughtful junctioning and you can do it in a half hour or so in ff8.
FF IX was one of my favorite games in high-school. I had the pleasure of being a teen during all five great final fantasy games from 6-10 all those games had a huge impact on my life. Something about this game is surreal and I was always so immersed in it much more than 7 or 8 don't get me wrong I love 7 and 8, but I would say 6 and 9 had a huge emotional impact on me.
start off in the forest with the supply of bugs when y'r on the run. then cotton robes and yeah grand dragons where possible XD
Unless I'm mistaken, I think you actually could have been slightly more overpowered. Once you reach Burmecia you have the ability to synthesize "Glass buckles" by purchasing glass armlets from the moogle and then returning to Lindblum, buying leather wrists and synthesizing them. While the protect ring offers bigger stat increases, the only stats that can be permanently boosted are Strength, Magic, Speed, and Spirit. Of those 4 stats, the protect ring only gives you +1 Spirit. The glass buckle on the other hand gives +1 strength, +1 magic, +2 spirit. This means that by the time you finish grinding to level 99 your stats would be higher if you had used Glass buckles instead of protect rings.
The question I'd have without going in and playing the game for hours to find out is do you know if you're able to back track that far to acquire the glass buckle synth on disc 1? or does the train back into the main town of Lindblum become locked off to you once you leave the gate?
@@brianbru it only gets locked off once you reach gizamaluke's grotto
I will never, not in this lifetime, have the patience to do all this. Thanks for your hard work!
You are welcome!
Still, Beatrix kills the whole party of lvl99. Shes so OP. :)
in front of a pretty dude who wears thong
And then she joins you at like lv 30 something with under 2000 hp :')
Eh, it's just for story purposes. Beatrix isn't really THAT strong, but when you encounter her on Disc 1, she's (narrative-wise) far stronger than our plucky heroes.
The scripted Stock Break she spanks them with is meant to show that.
EDIT: Also, the vast majority of players won't be lvl 99, and will likely wade into battle with her at a much lower level. Beatrix serves as a way to show that the heroes really are still quite inexperienced at that point ... as well as her reputation being well-deserved. Once players reach the point where Steiner is getting all the absurdly powerful abilities Beatrix had, they can know that they've finally reached her "level", narratively speaking.
If only you can steal the has plot armor she’s wearing but the likeliness is really really really low chance of success.
@@mr.battle20 yeah i got the idea the first time i encountered Beatrix. Most of the RPG games with this kind of "plot K.O." wants to convey this kind of message to the gamers. I'm totally cool with that because it is plot significant. :) the moment i saw her again, i just want to wreck her.
Dont get me wrong, Beatrix is waifu.
How to get OP on disc 1 in remaster: press L1 and L2 at the start of the game.
What happens?
@@leonardosanderle525 gives you max damage and hp, permanent trance and ATB instantly filled, and makes you nearly impossible to kill by constantly healing hp and mp. You can also turn off random encounters. The remasters of FF8 and FF9 can be beaten with no effort whatsoever if you choose to use those mechanics lol.
@@Slappaccino wow! Omg. Thx!
@@2b_or_not_2b_4gotten It's just an option. If you don't want to use it, don't use it. I've played FF titles on every generation console and every iteration that was released for pc. Using those cheats when I want to do a quick playthrough is no problem to me.
@@2b_or_not_2b_4gotten I would think most people buying all these FF remasters have already played them in the past, and just want a nostalgia trip. I used the random encounter off one a few times when I didn't need exp and just wanted to get somewhere quick. I doubt many new players will find the games difficult enough to even use them. Final Fantasy is pretty easy overall for an rpg series, aside from the CT / WoD in FF3.
We spent so much time wondering if we could, while instead we should've been asking ourselves if we should.
I did this when he first released this Video ^^;
I also brought the Grand Dragon population to the brink of extinction in my last FFIX playthrough... fun times. :)
The cards they drop are also great for wiping the floor with the opponents in that mandatory card game tournament in Disc 3.

In FFIX there is a hidden mechanic where leveling up with certain equipment gives partial points towards stats. Optimally you would stay as low level as possible and then have the optimal items equipped to gain the maximum amount of stats for a desired character. Note that the equipment available to you at this point in the game isn't going to be the best for gaining the partial stats, but it still makes a decent amount of difference if you were to level up into the 50+ range
Stat maxing in FF9 is a largely wasted venture, with or without max stats your still going to crush everything and Ozma will be the same, he'll ether get crushed or you'll get crushed by his meteor. sure its nice to do but in no way is it needed for anything
@@Primalliquid92 yes but you waste on ability stones for later character. Stats kind of shit as u can do 9999 damage from farming all the damage modifier skill. But stones is lost permanently if you power level too early.
This isn't wasting time, this is going full potential as soon as possible. I did this on FF7 once, hardest grind of my life.
Omnislash disc one , 1 shot every boss xD
I used the Limit Glove into Eat trick to level up against Grand Dragons on my second playthrough back in the day.
Also did some separate grinding with Dagger and Steiner to the point where Dagger had enough MP for all of her summons before Brahne stole them.
Where do I get that limit glove

Cool story.
I'm years late to this but have learned a lot I never though of, thank you. Did anyone else buy Reflect Ring from the Auction house, back track, and repeatedly have the Grand Dragons Thundaga themselves to death?? A bit of a grind for Everyone to learn reflect, but I managed to farm Dragons with a single reflect, a coral ring, and abusing Quina's Pumpkin Head ability. This was the first playstation game I ever played, always wished I could go back and relive the childhood awe, then I find the remaster 20 years later. Life is good.
You forgot to mention that you need to do all of this at lvl 1, in FFIX, the strength of your gear determines how much strength you gain while leveling, so you need to collect al the best gear possible for each character that you can get on disc one before leveling them up for the maximum outcome.
Thanks for this
@@weird1ofth3bunch Sorry if that ruined the experience for you, I promise it's not fun to do ;)
👀what?🤯
@@christatum3045 You heard me...unfortunately. The stats you gain when you level are determined by the gear you're wearing, so high-end late game gear gets you better gains.
@@DutchDread I been gimpin myself all along by trying to power level in the evil forest 😭
I always nabbed Lv 5 death from zombie whales and used that to take the Grand Dragons to task.
Loving this series. This is what i do every rpg.
Same. In star ocean 3 you can be lv50 before the first major boss fight with triple exp.
Or in Persona 5 you can cheese the reaper fight to lv99 before the end.
I do the exact opposite. I finished ff9,ozma included,with lv50 chars iirc
@@mrman6035 Getting to 50 is slow as hell in SO3 even with triple xp. The only reason that would be viable is if your like me and do a solo Reimi run. Mostly because she doesnt get her good skills till around then haha.
@@92sieghart Thats....Not the opposite at all though. Opposite would be the low lvl challenge which i think can be done at lv 1 in ff9. Lv 50 and killing ozma is probably the most common way of completing the game. Ozma isnt much different in difficulty between lvl 1 and lv 100. But mind you ozma is not the strongest boss. Not sure people act like he is, although he does fit into 2nd hardest. But fuck ff9 for the under 11 hours to get excalibur 2 just saying.
@@kaikwonfu2633 Reimi is in SO4? In 3 Cliff can solo the early fights with Hammer of Might. Or Maria with Laser Beam.
I remember in this game, without putting much effort into grinding the characters were by the end so powerful, the regular non-optional bosses couldn't defeat me even if I did nothing, because my auto-regen healing was stronger than the damage they could do.
Man auto regen is so op, it ticks so fast and all you need is use some spell with longer animation since you play on "real time" you got full HP back in one eidolon maybe 1 round of normal attacks
"Head into Qu's marsh and requte-- i mean recruit--"
And then later on, I found out that it's very important to keep the character low level until you got the best gear since stats bonus was based on the equipment so like FF8, I learned the hard way NOT TO GRIND (Well, except Marcus though because his stats will transfer directly to Eiko regardless of her level. )
Considering your effort and time for doing all that, you reallly deserves a like dude
Next, please do "FF5: How overpowered can you get before Galuf's world?"
Getting overpowered this early is even more of a waste of time when you considere the stat you gain from Leveling Up depend of your equipment, so if you want to max out stat at the end of the game, you absolutly don't want to do all of this XD
Burmecka? Quarna? Whhaaatttt???
Awesome ^^ FF9 is my favorite Final Fantasy Game and I don't know this ""technique"" for training my character I will try it, thank you for the video !! :)
haha grand dragons are an awesome way of leveling disc 1 but it requires alot of paitenence. its much easier and faster on/after disc 2 when you have access to things like auto reflect and level up abilities for everybody.
One small thing that helps is that you can make Chocobo Hot & Cold a bit easier/smoother by going and getting the first chocobo upgrade, which lets you move and dig a little faster than if you were still on the base chocobo.
...what upgrade? You only upgrade it by playing so...
@primalliquid I used auto reflect on every character, you can learn from item in chocobo treasures, and bought 99 phoenix down then hit them with fire or fira (I don't remember), then 9999 damage will reflect back to that (green) grand dragon, this was my easy way to level up in disk 1, revive any one die and save after every few fights.
you cant get auto reflect in Disc 1.
@@Primalliquid92 maybe I am wrong, I played the game twice when released on PS1, long time, however I will check again to make sure...thx
Edit: you are right, only applies in disk 2
Do you hate yourself that much? Lol dedication right there
Ahhhhh grand dragons, i spend about 1 year of my life in that area.
Same. Lol
Me too. That glorious moment when u beat it at disc 1 tho = lost virginity

First time ive killed GD i know nothing about those broken things, because im brazilian and too young, cannot understand english, had to do that on my own haha was a fucking pain in the ass.
Such a memorable phase of life
Factz
Q: how overpowered can you get in FFIX?
A: VERY!
Sad part about this game is how gear effects stat growth. Also leveling Marcus to 99 😰 is the biggest pain in the ass for an optimized party.
I don’t think it’s sad, it’s just fairly easily broken. Even now, it’s a fun system to use.
@@IveBeenWithBruma they removed the marcus>eiko bug now in the steam version
@@jasongarfitt1147 not exactly a bug since all playable members of the tentalus group tied to party member stat growth.
@@IveBeenWithBruma in the playstation release marcus stat growth would transfer over to eiko, but the same wasn't true with blank and cinna to amarant and quina. In the steam version they removed this for marcus too. It meant that if you maxed out marcus around gargan roo you would get eiko with massively inflated stats, bur that isn't the case anymore
I never thought that this was possible. Great video dude!
yea for FF9 most peoples knowledge sort of stops at grand dragons
@@Primalliquid92 exactly, same as me lol
imo FFIX is the best one of em all.. again that's just my opinion.
RPG mechanics, combat, and OST are inferior to the majority of FF's. And that's just my opinion.
@@phillystevesteak6982 elaborate, how is it inferior to any before it? mechanics? it hasn't gone away from what the others before it. combat? other than the added trance system I think it is pretty similar to the past two that it came before it. OST? really?? ok...
@@erickrayos To start I just want to say that the characters and world-building are incredible in FF9, second only to FF6. It's a great game, I don't hate it. But, I certainly have my reasons why I don't replay it like other entries in the series.
From a COMBAT perspective all animations are an average of 25-50% longer than previous recent titles. There is also a delay between input and actions to add insult to injury. In many cases, you can literally win two comparable fights in FF6/7 in the time it takes to win one in FF9. Furthermore, summon lengths are beyond unbearable (albeit nice to look at the first few times).
From an RPG MECHANIC standpoint, the leveling system is trash. You only increase HP/MP on level up (until you factor in gear bonuses, mainly disc 3 onward). This removes power to the player; grinding is like bashing your head against a wall, as damage and other basic stats do not increase like you'd expect in an RPG. It also makes the overall experience considerably more shallow, since stats predominately hinge on gear - and skills. Which brings me to my next point...
Gear.
The overall balance is heavily rigged in 9. It's almost as bad as FF8's level scaling. Because on top of grinding nerfs, gear is "stingy". You're always getting gear that's just barely adequate for where you are in the game. If you want to spend hours on a broken stealing mechanic trying to get a weapon just a tad earlier, you can. But it's only an incremental temporary buff.
When you combine the stingy gear with stingy leveling, you get an RPG that feels on rails - where the sense of progression feels rigged, because it is.
As for the OST. I'm a composer, and I'll say this. It's by Nobuo Uemastu, so it's obviously still better than almost everything else out there in game music. However, many tracks reuse patterns and ideas from previous titles. (I can give examples). I found overall less inspired than other entries. Though the medieval style was a welcome change. If you want specifics, I can break down all my issues with the OST.
I'm surprised you didnt farm the infinite spawning plant spiders. When running from the mist forest after fighting the flower when you run away from the plant spiders they will spawn an infinite amount if you kill them. Just use a controller or set commands on PC to toggle spam X and you can just keep killing them. Or you can manually fight if you want. Just heal every once in awhile and once you get high enough level you can leave it alone for a couple hours. Gets a ton of levels extremely easy. Also a lot of items to sell.
the problem is time it takes, and the gil isnt that great either. plus while doing grand dragons you can also work on finishing off frog catching.
@@Primalliquid92 Yea that makes sense, just thought id mention it because it is super easy and you can walk away and do other things. Like your videos!
Your stats won't be as high though
It occurred to me though you could just stock up ahead on phoenix downs and just drop them on ‘‘em for you first hundred fights. They all undead so free 100 kills for higher xp then grand dragon.
However you also got wrecked by the inverted dungeon
I saw your FF8 video and I was like I wonder if someone grind FF9 disc one. You did the work no one asked you to do lol. Subscribe
Hey I always grind the dragons disk 1 cause I like useing the cards
Yea but a vid on 8 was unnecessary. Easiest game to get OP early. BEFORE fighting ifrit go kill t rexes. Spam draw on all magic up to dollet radio tower until you have 99 of each. Boom you just OP enough to make it to the final castle. LITERALLY that simple.
Good video. I remember grinding the Grand Dragon on early disc 2 after Garnet synthesize 3 more Coral Ring in Treno
I always do this when starting a new FFIX playthrough
You're not wasting your life, youre entertaining us :) and good at it
You said not to do it in 8 and it made my 'very late' first playthrough a platinum run, so even though you say not to put yourself through it, I'm doing it again 🤷♂️ THANK YOU FOR THE GUIDES!
Took me way too long to realize he was saying Burmecia.
Good job man, helpful video for my second playthrough. Keep it up!
Only 2nd?! Ive played through too many times. The game is fuckn amazing
Just get limit glove near the chocobo Forest and BAM 9999 damage.
ive watched this video a few times in prep for my playthrough and jesus my dude you have incredible patients much respect
Is it sad I did 90% of this?
FFIX is my all time favorite game so I wanted to get max level on disc 1 (first it was kill a grand dragon without limit glove then just get max level). All I didn’t do was capture 99 frogs cause my game got stolen from me
Got to level 99, all chocobo hot and cold (done on PS1 so no booster), all chocobo treasure chests, every stealable item, every ability learned, every blue magic possible, and the first grand dragon killed without limit glove (a true boss battle since I was level 30ish when I did this)... all that was left to do was capture 99 frogs and beat Quale
Also you can augment your stats in FFIX with equipment (like having EVs from Pokémon, example having the attack accessory equipped makes your attack go up slightly more with each level up and this works with every equippable item not just accessories) so to truly become the strongest you can get you would have to go through all of this as level 1 (only killing bosses and fleeing from the rest... bosses don’t give XP) until you beat Quale, do all of the chocobo stuff, and synthed everything possible to get the best equipment possible. Afterwards defeat the forced black mage battles to get to the rest of the area to get the rest of the remaining best gear for all 4 characters then start leveling to 99 to get the equipment augment boosts...
This is incredibly tedious and practically impossible (yes this is technically possible) and no normal person would actually do this. Just a cool little hidden mechanic in the game, this is why if you go through the hassle of getting to level 99 on disc 1 you are almost guaranteed to be much weaker overall then you would be if you leveled up regularly throughout the game (as you will get better equipment as you go so better stats per level up)... you can max out your stats on every character by getting to the endgame of disc 4 as low level as possible and get the best in slot gear for everyone before leveling up anyone (again no normal person would go through with this just a cool hidden mechanic for midmaxers and preventing excessive early game grinding)
There have been lv1 guides since the ps1 era. With the newer versions you can just use boosters with no encounter to do lv1 challenge.
Nah, not sad... just a thing you can never brag about to your friends even though you really really put work into it :(
Why people use stone on that ability to level up faster? Makes no sense at all because this game mechanics
@@willianzorzi6026 it's weird that only endgame items make the best stat boosters

This is a great video. I’ve played this game since it came out, and have used some of these strategies (Eg I got the Moonstone and farmed Grand Dragons using Similar strats). I didn’t know that you could actually fight Quale on disc 1, so you’ve taught me something. I also like how the video is a punchy 10 or so minutes long. Obviously these are the sort of Videos you could talk in for hours, so it’s great you are succinct. I’ll check out more of your stuff later. -Jack

Fun fact for those who don't know, that strategy allows you to attack enemies that cast reflect on themselves, too. Say... Kuja.
@@DFX2KX Same is said for just about all final fantasies. If reflect is in the game, spells can only be reflected 1 time(some will activate multi casts if it hits the whole part such as in FF6 can hit an enemy 4 times if they cast say fire 3 on a fully reflected party)

There is a part right at the early start of the game where enemy's keep running to you, that's where we made our group to 99 XD
the rock by the forest using the sword ability of stieners by any chance?
If you're talking about the steiner one there's a stellazio you can trade in for the blood sword that regens health on attacks. Just turn on auto battle and watch as steiner kills his way through a mountain of alexandrian soldiers to whatever level you're patient enough for (or just let it sit there for a couple hours). Just note that if you do this you're almost certainly not getting Excalibur II.

@@2Tall_Powerlifting hour? I get to 50 from 15 in less than 45m using reflect method. Probably more like 25min
@@kaikwonfu2633 speed running eh? I tend to screw around a lot and collect everything possible before moving to the next area
@@QuiniansBudgetCrafts i didnt say anything about speed running lol. I am the same way,i like to loot/ steal what i can before moving on. Sadly it breaks some games.
I’ve watched all your overpowered videos I want more!!!!
theres one releasing on wednesday!
Quaa-na and burmecha xD that made me laugh
Love this game. I have so many memories of FF7 to FF9. Those came out when I was just a little kid. I am holding off on playing the FF7 remake, I'm hoping they release it on PC. I want to see that game at it's absolute best. Here is hoping!
I love FF7-9 as well, and can say wholeheartedly that unless you are an incredibly biased FF7 fanboy... the game is disappointing. It plays like an early PS3 game, and the combat is just sad.
ahh just like a scripted video game or anime fight, "enough of this foolishness!" Finishes you with 1 strike for some unknown reason even though your stronger xD
Thank you. Is all of this in the original cheat book? 🎉 Also, how LONG did you play to discover all this?? I do not have the patience, nor the time. Well done, I appreciate your time. I would not be here otherwise 😊
Many of these tricks helped me to beat the game in 10hrs lol. The game's brilliant, but broken as hell. xD
I appreciate the time and effort you put into these, because I can only get half way through any of these before I give up.
"Answering questions no one asked" DeeDee - Dexters Laboratory
That's one of my favorite things about this game. U can get as many items & such that you get as your reward from an sidequest as early in the game.
Would you be able to make overpowered videos on Final Fantasy 7 and 10?
I really wanna see 7
didnt he already do FF10? get blitze ace, spend 70 days playing blitzeball etc?
as for 7.... i can only imagine it would either be before the Shinra HQ which doesnt have much other than leveling characters, limits and materia.... or before the end of disc 1... which is still really limited... considering you cant get all that far in chocobo breeding and there isnt really all that much stupidly OP shit you can do other than just grinding (as all the really good stuff unlocks on disc 2, and unlike 9 and 8 there arent any really exploitable systems to break the game in half too early)
thinking bout it 7 is incredibly linear in it's "HOLYSHIT!" stuff it can do....
i suppose getting to 99 early, getting several maxed materia and Clouds omnislash is the best that can be managed before disc 2....
Subbed for the dedication. I remember doing something similar to this in Tactics. But it's a lot easier because the random enemies would level along w/ you. Same for FFVIII. But IX's my favorite after VI so I might actually try this once I clear out some more backlog games.
I actually remember wandering out onto that cliff during my very first playthrough and getting wrecked by Grand Dragon. Just kind of avoided it ever since. Never occurred to me that I could make use of him that early.
I used to love mastering all the magic jobs, then mastering the Calcluator, then changing to Summoner with Calculate as the secondary skill. Magic Stats were then crazy high and you could basically target any unit on the map and rain down hell or buff your entire party in a single turn from anywhere on the map.
Why do you say Quana? His/her name is Quina
and there's an i in burmecia.
Who knows. He also says "bott" instead of "but". I'm not an english native speaker and I can't place the accent.
He has a very heavy accent, every time he says "I'm not sure I pronounced that correctly" in his videos I just have to giggle a bit cause he mispronounces a lot by default.
In this case he might've just misread though.
@@plasticflower He's Welsh
Here's one I remember doing way back in the day (for no reason besides masochistic tendencies, it seems):
Final Fantasy 4 - Max out (At least Cecil's) lvls prior to the bomb package is opened, thus annihilating the Village early in the game.
Who is Quana? Sister of Moana? 😆✌🏼
The fruits of your labor will pay off, sir, if they haven't already. Your videos pop up on my recommended every now and then, and honestly I may as well subscribe lol thanks for the time dedicated to your content! I love all the games you post about.
welcome to the team of mad grinders :)
Beatrix: You're no match for me!
Quina: Hold my beer.
Beatrix: Stock Break
Quina: Frog Drop

You're nuts. Subbed for All the sheer effort you put in all your videos
Quahna? Isn't it Queena?
njhowe88 i think its pronounced keena
Keen-wa
Like the rice...
@@ln8496 kwin-a

This man is insane.
Instead of just crunching the numbers, talking about it and showing some irrelevant video footage to fill the empty space, this crazy guy *actually does what he is talking about* and spends hours and hours on end to proof his theories.
Here. Have your like, comment and subscribe. You have more than earned it for hard work, dedication and probably a lot of self loathing.
i dont think i have enough self loathing yet, hence im working on FF10 overpowered xD
Grind fest maximum. :D
most of these FF mini games give me PTSD. The lightning dodge in x, the chocobo racing in 7, the other chocobo racing in x and all the stupid mini games in ix.
I think I've just realised why I like FF8 the best in the series.
Chris I know it is stupid, but I love that card game in IX. I have even sort of been cheating. If I lose a game, I reset the app, and then the Continue option loads me in that location where the card game happened. That has let me get 100% wins, and also working on getting all of the best cards from opponents hands,
I preferred the level 1 challenge until you get the complete set of equipment for max stats.
i personaly dont really care for this sort of run, i find it more of a hassle and the trade off for the extra stats doesnt really do anything, you'll still completely destroy everything in the game and Yans can still destroy you in seconds. so i just opt for the early grind rather than the late grind.
@@Primalliquid92 I can totally understand that. Tho considering getting every character to level 99 with a max spirit stat of 50 is what you would normally aim for since it's the most important stat in the game :)
But I really like both grinding methods.
The only OP thing I did in FF9 is getting steiner the blood sword and left the game overnight when he's captured because the enemies forever run at you. Got him to 99 and one of his skills allowed me to do 9,999 damage as long as he was at 1hp as well. Much quicker than all this 😂
I did the same
That would be disk 2 though
"Kwanna"
Interesting pronunciation...
I usually said key-nah or queen-na
@@mrman6035 I always said "Queen-na" as well but I could understand if someone said as "Qui-na" too. (Kee-na)
Kwanna though... What are you reading!?!?
Did you hear ber-mecha.... ugh hurts my soul and ears
Its pronounced Kee-na. All the blue mages name have kee sound. Quina,Quistis, and Kimahri
@@zleo7054 Yea, i always heard them as like kwin-a and kwistis. Not kee. Even kimahri was ki as in kill not ki as in kee. Even the game designers never said it them like kee. That just sounds like the pronunciation of a 3rd grader.
My disc 2 was a dud and wouldn't load, I grinded and played Choco Hot Cold until I was strong enough to be defeating the Dragons and Garudas, until I could afford a second copy of the game. No video store got the game in my town for me to have rented it to continue, I had bought my first copy when visiting the city my father lived in. My favourite of the ones in the series that I've played from 7 up to and including 15 (skipping only 11). I'm not sure I'll ever play 1-6.
How overpowered can you get before leaving Cornelia in FF1? Jk nobody would have the patience
There isn't much of anything there anyway besides lv99

FFIX best FF game!
Very nice this is the only disk I have out of the four
Kwanna? Burmecha?
I saw your ff7 video as well, and I wonder..
Are you mispronouncing words on purpose?
I know how you feel, it's like he's just trying to force a video on a topic he thinks will be popular but knows little about as he's never really played it...
@@___Zack___ its probably either his accent or he just honestly doesnt know how to pronounce it
TheFlameGamer it’s definitely not his accent, everyone speaks the same language in Britain he’s just not educating himself with pronunciation lol
@@IILewciferII 100%. It's so surprising how few people would agree with us though, even though it's evident
Wait until he says Regen. Regenerate. Sure isn't regainerate. Good video, nuances are sometimes annoying.
After the guerrato were you headed up to fight the grand dragons As long as you got really good luck, the moment you get there, you can really overpower your team all the way until you get till about the fourth disk. Most of that, after that is pretty much a walk in the park because your characters are so overpowered and already know all of their abilities that you have at that point. And it helps out a lot for some of the ones that take a really long time to learn.
Great video :) But your pronunciation of Quina and Burmecia huts my ears. I've always pronounced Qunia Queen-a and Burmecia Bur-me-ci-a not Bur-meck-e-a. But as the game never tells you who knows what is right....? I've fought the Grand Dragons to level 50 ish before but soon started again as the game was boringly easy after that.
I pronounce them the same way as well. I think Primalliquid is just one of those people who marches to the beat of his own drum.

noob ass should of stole 9999 items with zidane so thievery always max damage.
@@finallife87 you dont need 9999 items stolen because its multiplied by your speed stat
Thumbed down for "Quana", "Bur-mecca" and "free" (when you mean "three") among other things... You just seem like someone wanting to make a video you think will be popular but don't really care. The content isn't bad but it's like you're not really invested, you know? I mean you can at least say the names that are literally right there on the screen properly....
